Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (SOR No. 15.3)

Chipping, Removing, Carefully loose plaster and Concrete work by low impact Hammer, Breaker without damaging the structure as Instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. (SOR 14.64)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : M-20 Grade Concrete SOR No. 5.1.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for concrete upto plinth level. SOR No. 5.9.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform. SOR No. 5.9.3

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including cost of binding wire all wastages and overlaps, couplers Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars. (TMT/TMX) FE 500 or more conforming to IS 1786 . SOR No. 15.16.6

Brick work with well brunt open bhatta,  bricks,  crushing strength  not less than 25kg /cm2   and   water absorption not more  than 20% in foundation  and  plinth i/c curing  etc complete. Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand). SOR 6.5.2

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) SOR 13.2.2

Providing and fixing on wall face Rigid Unplasticised rigid PVC (upvc) Single socketed rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. 110 mm SOR No. 12.32.2

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised - UPVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. Bend 87.5o (Eighty Seven Point Five Degree) 110 mm bend . SOR NO. 12.33.5.2
