Replacement and fixing of following spares parts / accessories for 1.5 TR Split AC i/c connections, testing, dismantling the damaged ones, etc. complete as required: -

Running Capacitor.

Motor Capacitor.

Starting Relay.

Starting Capacitor.

Indoor Unit Motor (New).

Outdoor Unit Motor (New).

Outdoor Unit Fan Blade.

Indoor Unit Fan Blade.

Replacement of faulty /defective 1.5 TR capacity compressor with new Sealed compressor i/c dismantling of faulty compressor, cutting refrigerant piping, brazing & making necessary addition/alteration i/c proper mounting on base plate, connection of suction and discharge lines, Leak test , supplying & charging required qty. refrigerant gas i/c testing commissioning etc as reqd.(M/s Emerson/Tecumseh/SS make) (Note - The firm shall submit test certificate or documentary proof towards purchase of New compressor.) The defective compressor shall be the property of agency & firm should consider suitable price rebate for the same while quoting. The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory)

Carrying out Wet Servicing of 1.5TR / 2TR Window / Split AC unit i/c removing, cleaning all components and filters, de-dusting by high pressure air blower, washing condenser and evaporator Coil with high pressure wate jet by arrange canopy for indoor unit i/c chemical cleaning, refixing, tightening electrical connections, minor repairs, if required, testing of AC unit, recording all parameters in service report etc as reqd.

Topping up of refrigerent (R-22) in existing SAC unit by charging manifold, leak testing by soap solution, pressure testing, etc. complete as required.

For Split A.C (1.5 TR)

Supplying and charging of refrigerant (R-22) in the existing SAC unit by charging manifold, leak testing , self vaccuming, pressure testing, etc. complete as required.

For Split A.C (1.5 TR)

Supplying and charging of refrigerant (R-410 A) in the existing SAC unit by charging manifold, leak testing , self vaccuming, pressure testing, etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of cooling unit fan motor of 1.5 TR SAC Indoor unit after dismantling from existing position, rewinding by super enamelled copper wire, heat varnishing, fixing in original position after rewinding, testing, commisioning, etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of condenser unit fan motor of 1.5 TR SAC Outdoor unit after dismantling from existing position, rewinding by super enamelled copper wire, heat varnishing, fixing in original position after rewinding, testing, commisioning, etc. complete as required.

Repairing of control Card of inverter type SAC unit i/c replacement of faulty spare parts and fitting, fixing, connecting, testing, checking etc. as reqd.
