Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles as light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular)polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface.

Al as per item No. 02 but in vertical surface as Skirting / Dado

M & L Non-skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface.

M & L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge..

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4 as in backing coat of skirting /dado all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ceiling boards any description any thickness including cover fillets/grid system etc all as specified and directed

Supply and installation of False Ceiling System having tiles ADVANTAGE E with micro look edge and 15mm thickness tiles or equivalent make, easily demountable tile, 15mm Gypsteel pre coated GI T Grid system in 600x600mm module which includes providing and fixing wall angle along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300mm centers. Then suspending the main tee of size from the soffit with help of soffit cleat, rawl plugs and wire rod with Leveling spring clip at 1200mm c/c. 1200mm Cross Tee is then interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the main Tees at 600mm centers in direction perpendicular to the main Tee to make a grid of 600x1200mm. Finally 600mm Cross tees are then interlocked into the pre cut slots in the 1200mm tees at 1200mm centers and in direction parallel to the main tee to make a module of 600x600mm . Cross Tees having length more than 600mm are to be supported independently. Then laying Tile Ecophon 15mm Advantage E 595x595mm tile, Option of weekly dusting, vacuum cleaning, manufactured from High density glass wool, visible surface is a batch painted glass tissue in white, back of the tile covered with glass tissue. 83% light reflectance. Tiles classified under sound absorption class A with "alpha w " value of 0.95 at minimum 200mm o.d.s. Sound absorption test results measured according to EN ISO 354 and classification according to EN ISO 11654 and the single value rating for NRC value - 0.9 according to ASTM C 423 . Tiles should have white colour " White 500 " nearest NCS colour sample S 0500 - N with . Tiles withstand a permanent ambient RH up to 95% at 300C without sagging, warping and delaminating ( ISO 4611). Thermal resistance (Lambda value - 0,035-0,04 W/mK). Certified by the Indoor Climate labeling , emission class M1 for building materials and recommended by Swedish Asthma and Allergy Association. M & L for False ceiling with 12.5mm thick Gypboard plain board (Make Saint Gobain Gyproc India) including all necessary fittings and fixtures , which includes gypsteel ULTRAtm CRP surface ribbed perimetre channels (having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and a web of 27 mm) along the primeter of ceiling screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon steeves and screws, at 610mm centres.Then suspending Gypteel ULTRA tm CRP surface ribbed intermediate channels of size 45mm (with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centres with Gypsteel ULTRA tm CRP surface ribbed ceilling angle of width 25mm x 10mm fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners (Mfg by Saint Gobin Gyproc). Then Gypsteel ULTRA tm CRP surface ribbed Ceiling section of having web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the Gypsteel ULTRA tm intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction prependicular to the Gypsteel intermediate tm channel at 457mm centres. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard Plain (confirming to IS 2095 part 1 1996) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centres. Screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attatchment. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc jointing compound, Gyproc joint paper tape.
