Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposal of all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping site including its stacking leveling dressing including all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Centering and shuttering with steel plate including strutting, propping etcetera and removal of form work for all heights in Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etcetera for mass concrete including all taxes, GST,carriage of material within all leads , lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals and further as per specification, approved Drawing & Design.

Centering and shuttering with steel plate including strutting, propping etcetera and removal of form work for all heights in Columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal for mass concrete including all taxes, GST,carriage of material within all leads , lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals and further as per specification, approved Drawing & Design.

Centering and shuttering with steel plate including strutting, propping etcetera and removal of form work for all heights in Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels. Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels for mass concrete including all taxes, GST,carriage of material within all leads , lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals and further as per specification, approved Drawing & Design.

Centering and shuttering with steel plate including strutting, propping etcetera and removal of form work for all heights in Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform as per specification, approved Drawing , Design and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes, GST, carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M-Twenty design mix) to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20N/square MM (Twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 330 Kg/Per cubic metre ( Three hundred thirty kilograme per cubic metre) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all work up to plinth level and the like and mass concrete including all taxes,GST, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete work of grade M-twenty design mix to obtain the minimum commpressive strength of 20 N /mm² (twenty newton per square millimetre ) cement contents of 320 Kg (three hundred ten kilogram) per cubic metre and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 (zero point ten) Metre thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation upto floor all levels including all taxes, GST, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge and other incidentals as per HP:PWD specification .

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35 mm (Thirty five millimetre) thick flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1stclass hard wood and well matched teak ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
