M&L for repairs to sunken floor slab with the following specifications:- (a) Demolition of PCC and taking out old brick bat fillihng and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) PCC 1:2:4,type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate averaging 50mm thick as in sunken floor,with proper slope towards GI spout. The dia of GI Spuot pipe shall be 50mm Medium grade. The minimum length of Spout shall be 500mm and if any spout comes above chajja than the length of the spout shall be more than Chajja projection. Ends of Spout shall be tippered and any cutting through brick/ RCC structure shall be done by the Contractor rates are deemed to be included of this aspects. (c) providing 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over bottom and vertical surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (d) Damp proof course on horizontal / Vertical surfaces with preparation & applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material @ 10.67 lts per 10 sqm of Make : smart care Damp proof of M/s asian paint or equivelent for water proofing compound. (e) Graded Brick bats filling under sunken floor. (f) PCC 1:3:6,type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick, over brick bats filling as in subbase to receive tiles. Note:- (i) For payment purpose only floor area shall be measured. (ii) After Coating of Water proofing compound ponding test shall be carried out by filling the sunken surface with water for 72 Hrs and get approved by Engr-in-Charge if any leakage/ seepage noticed the Contractor will re do the whole process without any extra payment.

Wire mesh/ glass shall be paid under separate item above the rates includes replacement of rollers/ sliding arrangement/locking arrengments/ any types of hinges .if during repalcement of wiremesh/ glass window requires dismanteling of complete window with frames and shutters the same shall be carried out and the rates are deemed to included such provisions under this item and nothing shall be paid extra.

M&L for sealing the holes/gaps on existing CGI/ Galvalume sheeting roof/Wall of hangers with 100mm x 100mm cold applied flexible self adhesive multi purpose protective patch over that 1 coat of primer TIKI PRIME S @ 4 TO 6 SQM/LITRE, make : Tikki tar, Choksey , STP or Asian and make leakage proof including cleaning by removal of existing rust etc.all as per manufacturers instruction and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) The work shall be carried out in hangers of 16mtr height. (ii) Existing sheets in hanger is galvalume sheet which contains holes and other misc works in different locations of three hangers. (iii) Work is also deemed to be carried out during rain to emergeny and imidiate requirement. (iv) Being very sensitive location the labourers shall have to move on hangar roofs. contractor will follow every safety norms of labour during the exection to avoid any mishap. If any mishaps happen due to non compliance of safety norms/ accessories / equipments required, Contractor shall be held fully responsible & rates of safety norms are deemed to be included in the items mentioned above nothing extra shall be paid.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado including 10 mm thick rendering of CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge Note: 1.The contractor shall deploy skilled tradesmen i.e. 01x carpenter, 01 x plumber, 01 mason, 01 fabricator/welder with his helper and required T&P , collect the complaint slips daily morning from AGE B/R office by the contractor/supervisor and same shall be resubmitted in the evening within completion of alloted job. No extra shall be paid on this account & rates are deemed to be included . 2.
