Mining of Copper ore which includes the exploring and exploitation of ore scientifically and in environment friendly way for production of copper ore through different method of stoping and development, loading, tramming, dumping, crushing (after commissioning of underground crusher), hoisting, transportation & disposal of the rock at the specified place, stope development to commensurate the production, supporting, stope void filling, continuous pumping & dewatering, dispatch of ore from Surda mining lease to Mosaboni concentrator plant and Mill tailings from Mosabani plant to Surda Mine

Deepening of 25 S winze: Deepening of 3.0 m x 1.8 m finished size 25 S Winze following the H/W contact of the ore body at about 300 inclination from 13th L to below 14th level under all the conditions including sludge cleaning, drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal to void stopes if available otherwise hoist to surface ,rock bolting, excavation of manholes as per MMR 1961, pumping of water to any extent, ventilation, scaling of loose rock supply and laying of track of 30 lb of gauge 3'(feet) on steel/RCC sleepers at maximum 1.5 m interval with round guide roller (Specifications: length 9” of both end tapered dia 9.5”, and middle portion of 7” having dia of 4”, made aluminium cast and 1.25” axle of 16” length ) mounted on floor at 5 metre interval as per approved design..

Deepening of 25 S winze: Construction of Shaft Platt (2 no.) at 13 th & 14th level for 5 metre from the edge of the shaft of 6 metre wide x 3.5 metre height including drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal to void stopes to a maximum distance 100 metre at 10th L, ventilation, scaling down of loose rock as per approved design.

Deepening of 25 S winze: Construction of 50T bin at 13th & 14th Level with grizzly and steel chute below the bin for loading skip.

Deepening of 25 S winze: Excavation of pump sump at 13thL of 10 m length x 6 m width x 7 m depth, north of 25 S winze and installation of an electric centrifugal pump with 125 m head complete with electricals and 4 inch GI pipe line laying through the 25S winze up to 10th L pump sump. The job includes procuring and installation of all items.

Deepening of 25 S winze: Fabrication & Erection : Procure, fabricate and Erection of steel structure of any size and section in shaft as per approved drawing

Deepening of Sub Incline: Deepening by pilot raising of size 2.4 m x 1.8 m and then widening and heightening to 4.9 m(W) x 2.3 m (H) unlined size Sub Incline 350 inclination from 17 m below 13th level to 14th level (including 5 m deepening below 14th L) ,under all the conditions including spillage/sludge cleaning, drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal to void stopes if available otherwise hoist to surface, rock bolting, excavation of manholes as per MMR 1961, pumping of water to any extent, ventilation, scaling of loose rock , supply & laying of 60 lb track of 1m gauge on RCC/steel sleepers at maximum 1.5m interval with round guide roller (specifications : length 9" of both end tapered dia 9.5" and middle portion of 7" having dia of 4" made aluminum cast and 1.25" axle of 16" length) mounted on floor at 5m interval as per approved design.

Deepening of Sub Incline: Providing, transmitting, placing of RCC of 300 mm thickness of M-25 grade at sub incline and plat from 13th to 14th level in sides and roof including providing, fixing, and removal of steel shuttering plates, staging, centering, cutting, bending, binding, fixing, welding including carriage of steel reinforcement, vibrating of concrete, fixing of insert plates and dowel bars as directed inclusive of all labour, material incidental charges etc. complete as per the drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of reinforcement steel and cement.

Deepening of Sub Incline:Construction of Shaft Plat (2 no.) from 13th L & 14th level for 10 meter from the edge of the shaft of 10 meter wide x 5 meter height including drilling, blasting, muck removal and disposal to void stopes to a maximum distance 100 meter at 10th L, ventilation, scaling down of loose rock as per approved design.
