Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring from wooden battan or conduits (light, fan, socket or power) complete including (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets etc. to be measured separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring with PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts sheathed cable 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor two run and drawing in & including rigid PVC conduit in walls and on surface conduit for Beam/Ceiling/Column portion FRLS grade terminal box of suitable thickness and with 3 mm thick hylam sheet cover as per required cutting for terminal boxes also including provision of earth wire PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts sheathed 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor single core cable connected to common earth dolly and making good to the disturb surfaces with cement complete all as specified and directed for the following :- Note :- Point wiring drawn in existing conduit and as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

(a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one way switch (switch to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp independent with insulated stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm single core and PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts sheathed copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm stranded conductor as earth wire connected to dolly complete ( socket and switches to be measured and paid separately). Note :- Point wiring drawn in existing conduit and as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

M&L One power point with insulated stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 Sqmm single core and PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts sheathed copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm stranded conductor as earth wire connected to dolly complete ( socket and switches to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Point wiring drawn in existing conduit and as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of lamp holder 240 volt AC PVC/Polycarbonte type with back plate ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Identifying and rectifying the defects pertains to ceiling fans/exhaust fans/Air ventilation Fan and connects electric circuit, tightening of loose wiring/conduits /fan capacitors and connection carrying out minor repairs incl blade alignments , screwing/ tightening the nuts/bolts/washers etc incl taking down & refixing properly in the same position after repairs,complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Supply of Self Adhesive PVC Electrical Insulation tape of size 1.80 cmX6.5 m X0.125 mm, mix colour box in a packet of 12 roll as per site requirement. (b) Supply of brass screw1/2 inch to 1.5 inch in packet of 50 pcs as per site requirement. (c) Supply of Wall Rawl Plugs/Gitti in packets of 100 pcs as per sample and as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of complete defective Ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep i.e. down rod with its Canopies, Shackle, Blade, Condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of Ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding,ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs. Notes :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of starter winding with suitable size of Copper enamelled wire, ( weight of copper coil shall be same as per dismantled Fan) varnishing heating and testing as per manufactures designed & specifications and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) Re-assembling complete Ceiling fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, condenser, gun metal bushes,blades, ball bearing, twin twisted Copper cable, down rod assembly with its shackle condenser housing and Canopies & split pins complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling etc all as directed.

Ditto- all as per Item No. 14 here-in-before but Air ventilation PVC body/ metal body exhaust fan of size 200/250/300/450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- all as per Item No. 14 here-in-before but only overhauling of celing fan 1200mm/1400mm by greasing and oiling,replacement of unserviceable/defective components, except rewinding of starter winding complete all as directed.

Note Sl.No. 14 : (a) Spare parts found unserviceable/defective will be measured and paid separately under relevant item as Supply and fix in repair .

Supply in Repairs/Replacements of following spare of Ceiling fan 1200mm /1400mm sweep of different make :-

(a) Fan Condenser of capacity 2.5/3.5 mfd, 220 Volts, AC 50 Hz, plastic-casing, two terminal-copper wire, complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Rubber bush for shackle with bolt, nut and lock pin suitable for Ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep.

(c) Split Pin complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Ball bearing of size 6201/6202 as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Gun metal bush as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

(f) Fan canopy pvc body, white in colour, suitable for existing fan, as per sample and directed.

(g) ceiling fan blade 1200 mm sweep made up of aluminium body having provision of free size monting nuts/screw all as per requirement at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair louver shutter of exhaust fan suitable for 250/300 mm size at the height from 3 mtr to 28 mtr height making good surface of distubed area complete all as specified & directed. Note: Contractor shall arrange suitable T&P including necessary form work, scaffolding and safety measures to fix properly the exhaust fan shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down DBs,MCBs, Main switch, etc of any make and type from the site and making good to the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair MCB distribution board SPN 8 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar double door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair sheet metal enclosure single pole and Neutral with a two pin earth plug and socket complete with a MCB SP 20 Amp 220 volts, 50 Hz, 10KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

(i) SP 6 To 32 AMP

(iii) SPN 40 to 63 AMP

Taking down carefully sub main wiring three single run 6/10 Sqmm of any make and type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts sheathed stranded copper conductor cable 6 Sqmm in and including PVC conduit for submain wiring and connection complete including rigid PVC conduit FRLS grade, sheathed copper conuctor cable of 6 Sqmm size stranded conductor as earthwire. Note :- Submain wiring drawn in existing conduit and as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 250 Amps, 4 Pole 415 volts 25 KA 50 HZ complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electronic meters temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover single phase 230 V, 10- 60Amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS 13779, IP-54, with parameters to show data, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH complete all as specified and directed.

Identifying and rectifying the minor defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective switch/socket/ceiling rose/holders/fittings / fixtures any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacement of old u/s wiring/conduits/casing capping & connections etc. complete all as directed. NOTE:- Supply of Self Adhesive PVC Electrical Insulation tape of size 1.80 cmX6.5 m X0.125 mm, mix colour box in a packet of 12 roll as per site requirement. (b) Supply of brass screw1/2 inch to 1.5 inch in packet of 50 pcs as per site requirement. (c) Supply of Wall Rawl Plugs/Gitti in packets of 100 pcs as per sample and as per site requirement.

Identifying and rectifying the minor defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as repair in Bldg LT panels ,taking down defective MCBs / MCB DBs/SPN DBs / TPN DBs any type and repairing/replacements, rectification of all type of electrical faults, tightening of loose Panels electric cablels connections & replacement of old u/s MCBs/DBs as required on sites complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Supply of Self Adhesive PVC Electrical Insulation tape of size 1.80 cmX6.5 m X0.125 mm, mix colour box in a packet of 12 roll as per site requirement. (b) Supply of brass screw1/2 inch to 1.5 inch in packet of 50 pcs as per site requirement. (c) Supply of Wall Rawl Plugs/Gitti in packets of 100 pcs as per sample and as per site requirement.

Supply and fix in repair copper wind motor, single phase, 240V suitable for metallic heavy duty exhaust fan of sweep size 250/300 mm as per sample given at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair single core PVC insulated cable 1.5 Sqmm FRLS 1100 Volts with copper multi stranded conductor and drawing in existing concealed conduits , all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair single core PVC insulated cable 2.5 Sqmm FRLS 1100 Volts with copper multi stranded conductor and drawing in existing concealed conduits , all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair single core PVC insulated cable 4.0 Sqmm FRLS 1100 Volts with copper multi stranded conductor and drawing in existing concealed conduits , all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair single core PVC insulated cable 6 Sqmm FRLS 1100 Volts with copper multi stranded conductor and drawing in existing concealed conduits , all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Sheet as per sample suitable for mounting one piano switch 5 Amp and one 5 Amp socket dully cut for mounting as above complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Sheet as per sample suitable for mounting one piano switch 15 Amp and one 15 Amp socket dully cut for mounting as above complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Sheet as per sample suitable for mounting three piano switch 5 Amp dully cut for mounting as above complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Sheet as per sample suitable for mounting four piano switch 5 Amp and one 5 Amp socket dully cut for mounting as above complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED batten luminaire surface mounted 2 feet system wattage of 10 watts and LED IS specifications, short circuit and over circuit protection, voltage range - 150 to 270 volts AC, and including connecting up with PVC sheathed 1.5 sqmm 3 core copper conductor flexible wire fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V,AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10W bulkhead lumanaries incl LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED bulb of 9 watt (B-22),with lumen >900 lm/W including dully connecting, fixing with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
