The Bidder should be individual Proprietorship Firm or Partnership Firm or Company Registered under Companies Act/ Partnership Act.Registration certificate /SSI Certificate / License issued by the Commerce & Industries Department or any other Government statutory Authority.

The Bidder should have obtained orders from Government Electrical Utilities/ PSUs /Any Govt. Factories/Private company for supply of not less than 80% of the tendered quantity (However it will be 40 % to Micro and Small Enterprises)in any one of the last 3 years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25).Purchase Order copies placed by any Government Electrical Utilities/ PSUs /Any Govt. Factories/Private company shall be uploaded.

The Average Annual Financial Turnover of the Tenderer should be not less than the amount put to tender (However it will be 50% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26).Certified copies of audited financial statements such as P&L statement, Balance sheets for the FY (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) shall be uploaded.
