Special repair to Road from Desalination point to building No. P-143 in Ranjit Vihar Brichgunj Mil Stn, Sri Vijaya Puram

Repairs to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 sqm of Bitumen VG-10 and putting in SDAC of VG-30 as specified for required thickness as per ground condition well ramming and sealed with SDAC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (by Job mix formula), (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), with binder (Paving bitumen of VG-30) content at 4% by weight of total mix , laid rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to the outer edges of road on existing black top surfaces including use of mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and No extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for preparing the black top bituminous macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with and including paving bitumen of VG-10 at the rate of 5 kgs per 10sq.m. of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L, bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (by job mix formula), 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (Paving bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix, by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and No extra payment shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking in white/ yellow (approved colours) colour & shade of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine incl all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter filler thermoplastic requirement for glass beads etc all as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aporns etc. laid bedded and pointed in any motar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, hard standing, sub base of the interlocking paver block etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
