Flooring of Covered pathway

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

P/f of cobble stone of size 4"x4" and 75 mm thick over 20mm thick 1:3 mortar

P/f of 22 mm (average) pebble crete flooring comprising exposed pebble wash concrete with exposed aggregate laid in pattern with large panels all complete as shown in the drawing, as attached and as approved by the Institute (this to be laid over PCC 1:3:6, to be paid seperately)

P/f of 25mm thick red mandana stone strip in embedded pebble crete flooring of size 600x150x25mm
