Taking down unserviceable ceiling Fan of following sizes of any make, dismantling, cutting and removing of old burnt windings and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of required size including allied insulation material, varnish, sleeves etc. greasing, oiling, re-assembling testing and refixing in the same position , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Metallic Blade set for Exhaust Fan of following size with bolts etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling Fan of any size, any make fixed/hanged at different location in Air Force area, dismantling the Fan and servicing, greasing, oiling and cleaning complete and re-assembling the same including replacing split pins flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 twin core, 70cm long and refixing the ceiling Fan on the same location in original position, testing and commissioning of Fan for smooth running, as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i)Quoted rate by tenderer of any item of the schedule is inclusive of taking down the ceiling Fan from the position for carrying out servicing repair transportation to work shop & back, changing any component and re-fixing/hanging in position connecting and testing complete.(ii) Rewinding work and replacement of shares shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

S&F as in replacement Switch piano flush button single pole one way 5 amp 240 volts, including connecting and testing , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in replacement Ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65 x 50mm, three terminals, including connecting and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Earthing complete for bldg with galvanised mild steel plate electrode, 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge, 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320mm x 320mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with XPM JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering GI pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.

S&F modular switch one way 6 Amps one module, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
