Dismantling damaged bed blocks for purlins and Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for bed blocks, foundation blocks and such other items including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.) etc. complete. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.71 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT) (Hindalco, Nalco, Balco & Jidal or as approved by MSWC). The profile sheet shall have concealed system profile sheet of nominal 920 mm +/- 10mm effective cover width, 32 to 38 mm crest depth (Ribs) with suitable fluting in Eight pans at nominal pitch of 120mm to 150mm mm center to center . The end rib shall be designed for anti capillary groove & return leg. THE base material should be confirming to IS 737 OR as per H-14-AA3003, AA-3105 & AA8011.The chemical & mechanical composition should be as per relevant specifications. The profile sheet shall be fixed 70 mm long polymer coated Hex head, self-drilling screw fasteners with rubber PVC cap of approved make manufactured. etc complete.The profile of the ridges & slop should be matching to adjoining rib roof sheeting. Providing & casting in situ cement concrete M-20 of trap/granite/quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. beams for parapet wall coping with providing & placing TMT steel reinforcemen and C C 1:2:4 coping as per detailed drawing & design or as directed including cutting the existing zincallume sheet at purlins to peg the anchore bars & to have adhesive bond of RCC beam & gable wall,centering,formwork of plywood / steel, compaction and finishing with cement plaster in C.M. Removing the existing damaged members of angular truss i.e. bottom chord, vertical and inclined truss member, bottom tie runners, purlins etc. including providing support to existing truss with the help of crane/gudam etc. complete as directed.

Providing & applying oilpainting in two coats of ( Smoke Gray shade ) approved colour & shade to old structural steel work in Trusses, Purlins & other members of roofing structure including scaffolding, if necessory cleaning & preparing the surfaces (inculding primer coat) etc. complete.As directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing Scaffolding for oil painting to existing structural steel work consisting of Trusses / Purlins / Verandah Trusses / bottom tie runner / wind Bracing etc. including necessary props,bamboos, wooden planks, binding with Jute Kathya at every bay of godowns including all transportation / labours complete as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Crediting the amount against salvage value of the AC/GI/CGI sheets/ ridge capping obtained from the removal. [ Note. :- after crediting amount the immediate disposal of material with loading, unloading & transportation will be responsibility of the contractor] etc. complete. As directed by Engineer in charge.
