Material and Labour for servicing of spilt type AC indoor/outdoor of capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton of any make and type including following item of works:

(a) Checking of Electrical wiring and carrying out necessary repairs/replacement along with lugs, clamps, soldering etc. (c) Checking of refrigerant piping and carrying out necessary repairs/replacement to copper tubing and insulation to copper tubing.

(b) Checking of all components/accessories for their serviceability and replacement of defective components/accessories

(c) Greasing and oiling of fan motor

Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable items wrt (b) above shall be measured and paid separately including relevant items.

Supply and fix in replacement compressor (sealed unit) of capacity 1.5 Ton in exchange of unserviceable suitable for installed in 1.5 Ton Split type Air Conditioner all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement compressor (sealed unit) of capacity 2.0 Ton in exchange of unserviceable suitable for installed in 2.0 Ton Split type Air conditioner all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair Running capacitor 36 MFD 230 volts, 50 Hz.

All as per above item but capacity of 45 MFD 230 volts, 50 Hz.

Supply and fix in repair Starting capacitor 100 to 120 MFD 230 volts, 50 Hz.

Supply and fix in repair of relay suitable for split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR.

Taking down perished unserviceable insulation cover of refrigerent piping and supplying and fixing brutile rubber insulation for refrigerant pipings of suitable size.

Supplying and fixing in repairs copper refrigerant pipe copper tube 5/8' x 3/8'.

Supplying and fixing in repairs copper refrigerant pipe copper tube 1/2'' x 1/4''.

Supplying and fixing in repairs copper refrigerant pipe copper tube 5/8'' x 1/4''.

M&L for dismanling of ACs from its own position and refixing the same in other location safely including making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the split type air conditioner outdoor unit / indoor unit from its position for pressure / leak testing and arresting the leakages in condenser coil / cooling coil by brazing etc and gas charging as per required bases complete for split type AC 1.5 ton / 2.0 ton .

Supply and charging refrigerant gas R-12 / R22

Supply and fix inreplacement refrigeration capacity split type 20,000BTU/Hr x 2 Sets both working @ (+) 2 to (8) Deg room temperature @ 38 Deg combient, indoor unit - blue star make with SS Casing and axial fans, outdoor unit - blue star Air cooled condencer with Hemetic reciprocating compressor, Digital temperature indicator cum conroller, provided LED type existing 415 volts, 50Hz 3 phase, 32 Amps 4 pole MCB with Earthing incoming product temp (+) 20 to (+) 25 Deg C complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable internal wiring of window / split type air conditioner up to 3 TR capacity and supply and rewiring complete with copper conductors complete including testing and commissining all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of outdoor condensing unit of split type AC 1.5/2 TR capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix contactor 240 V up to 32 A suitable for ACs of capacity up to 3.0 TR including dismantiling of existing contactor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable cooling coil from 1.5/2/3 TR capacity split AC carefully without damaging the other parts supply and fix new cooling coil made out from seamless hard copper pipe including brazing and pressure testing dy nitrogen gas including charging of R-22 refrigerant gas testing, commissioning etc.

Removing old rusted outdoor unit split air conditioner stand upto 2 TR from the existing site and supply and fix new stand made out mild steel as per existing without distrubuting / damage to the copper piping etc all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair suction and discharge valve for 1.5/2.0 TR spilt type A/C

Supply and replacement Capacitor 4 MFD, 230 volts, 50 Hz.

Supply and fix in repair of Fan motor, single phase 230 Volts 1500 RPM, suitable for upto 2.0 ton Split type Air Conditioner of various makes as per sample.

Supply and fix in repair Blower Motor, single phase 230 Volts 1500 RPM, suitable for upto 2.0 ton split type Air Conditioner (indoor unit) as per sample.

M & L Rewinding of electric fan motor of 1.5/2 ton split type AC (outdoor unit) 1400 RPM 220 V 50 C/S with supper enameled copper wire of suitable size including, replacement of shaft, bushes, capacitor and testing on load all as directed.

Supply and fixing of new swing motor for split type AC 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity.

Supply and fix in repair new Air filter for 2.0 TR Split type AC.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB SP 240 volt 32 Amps ABB /Siemens/Scheinder/Legrand

Supply and replacement of PCB suitable for 1.5/ 2 ton split type AC,s as per site requirement and as per sample. Make : LG/Carrier/Blue star

Supply and replacement of fan blade suitable for out door unit of Split type AC capacity 1.5/2.0 as per sample .

Material and Labour for dismantling/taking out of water cooler for repair such as repair/replacement of compressor. fan motor. tank repair etc of any makes & size, from any place, and any capacity, transported to workshop & back, complete all as specified and directed (Repair work and replacement of damaged parts, incl MS work, shall be measured & paid separately).

Taking out unserviceable compressor from refrigerator of capacity 310 / 280 / 165 ltr of any make by un-screwing from base plate after disconnecting all electrical and suction / discharge pipe connections complete and fixing compressor (sealed unit) and providing all electrical connections to respective terminals including changing of unserviceable connecting wires as per the existing. Brazing of suction and discharge lines with new compressor and vacuuming the system and testing / rectification of leakage

Supply and fix inreplacement sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top Double pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with 20 Amps, 240 Volts, 'C' Curve MCB Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix inreplacement sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top Triple pole and earth enclosure with a three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one priple pole 32 Amps 415 Volts, 'C' Curve MCB Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix inreplacement sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top Triple pole and earth enclosure with a three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one priple pole 63 Amps 415 Volts, 'C' Curve MCB Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing copper / aluminium point wiring (Concealed / surface) light/fan, socket or power complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches sockets ceiling roses pendants regulators light fittings etc removing to store for safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 85 here-in-before but for one socket out let , 2in1, 5 and 15 Amps with 4 Sqmm PVC Copper conductor and Provn of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core copper cable green incolour as earth dolly continuity conductor

Supply and fix modular switch 1 way 16A 230 Volts single pole one way complete all as specified and as directed.
