Sweeping and cleaning open space in and around quarters and other official buildings, non residential buildings, over roads and grass etc. including cleaning dry leaves, twigs, wind fallen trees, cow-dung, Parthenium etc., and clearing away from the site where ever necessary as directed by the Engineer in charge and disposing the same including cost of all materials broom stick, labour, lead, lift, tools and tackles etc. complete. (150 days in a year)

Cleaning of toilets, wash basin & urinals in all the office buildings of Aliyar Power House camp as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials broom stick, labour, lead, lift, tools and tackles etc. complete. (300 days in a year)

Cleaning of open drains/Raw water drains/House drains in camp and maintenance of sanitation around the Quarters, offices, stores etc. wherever necessary including cost of all materials tools and tackles, labor ,lead, lift etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Once in 15-Days)

Cleaning of Sewer line in camp and maintenance of sanitation around the Quarters, offices, stores etc. whenever necessary including cost of all materials tools and tackles, labour ,lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of cobweb, dust from wall ceiling of hospital building, division office building, power house building etc., as directed by Engineer-In- Charge at site (Once in 4 month)

Maintenance of water supply arrangements from source to water tank and all around the quarters and office buildings, attending pipe line repair work as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of labour, lead, lift, tools and tackles etc. complete. (365 shifts)

Attending Masonry works/carpentry/ Plumbing including chipping, plastering, brick works and concreting works wherever required and clear away the debris from the location including cost of labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. (12 Operation / Year)

Cleaning the Filter tank , Storage tank including materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete (Once in 2 Month)

Cleaning of open drain in sides of road and clearing away the debris from the location including cost of cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.(Once in 4 Month)

Cleaning of Culverts across the road and clearing away the debris from the location including cost of cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. (Once in 4 Month)
