Supply and laying steel water tubing of 15 mm dia bore ISI marked medium grade galvanized including tube fittings Viz Tees, socket bends elbows union nipple etc screwed and socket joint laid in trenches /under road or laid in floors / wall / roof complete all as specified by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying steel water tubing of 25 mm dia bore ISI marked medium grade galvanized including tube fittings Viz Tees, socket bends elbows union nipple etc screwed and socket joint laid in trenches /under road or laid in floors / wall / roof complete all as specified by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying steel water tubing of 50 mm dia bore ISI marked medium grade galvanized including tube fittings Viz Tees, socket bends elbows union nipple etc screwed and socket joint laid in trenches /under road or laid in floors / wall / roof complete all as specified by Engr in charge.

S&F 15mm dia Bib taps cast copper alloy fancy type chromium lated crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, scewed for iron pipes or for brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gun metal, globe or gate valve conforming to IS 9338, 50 mm bore with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in-charge.

Supply and fix gun metal, globe or gate valve conforming to IS 9338, 25 mm bore with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in-charge.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 90cm x 90cm x 90cm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC coping, MS frame made out of angle iron of size 40mmx40mmx6mm, MS sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including handle and locking arrangement with one number 50 mm dia brass pad lock complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Brick wall shall be 23 cm thick built in cement mortar (1:4) (ii) Internal plaster shall be 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and external plaster upto 450 mm from top shall be 20 mm thick in CM (1:6) and remaining external surface shall be flush pointing in CM (1:6) as the work proceeds (iii) PCC in foundation shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate extended 15 cm all around from the external face of the walls (iv) PCC coping shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including grouting of angle iron frame in PCC (v) Three coats of white wash to internal surfaces of valve pit (vi) Depth of valve pit shall be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation

Supply and fix Sluice valve 80 mm bore class PN 1.0 with steel wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in-charge.

Supply , laying , jointing and testing ductile iron pipe , with and including tyton joint , of spigot and socket end , centrifugally cast spun pipe , class K-9 confirming to IS 8329-2K , in any length , of size 100 mm dia laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed . Note - DI fitting will be measured & paid separately .

Supply and fix , DI fitting , confirming to IS up to 150mm dia bore pipe line for reducing / bends ( any type radius and angle ) tappers any type , straight , bend , increasing , decreasing or double socketed extra tee pieces , single branch , y junction , double branch , cross collars cap etc , complete all as specified and directed.
