Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, rallings, brackets, gates and similar works. DAR No- 10.25.2

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work. (D.A.R No-13.99.1)

Cleaning of nali from sweepers with all T&P etc,. All complete as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
