Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for boring hole across the Road/plinth/hard standing by trench less technology method suitable for 100mm bore pipe for 0.4 mpa working pressure for cable passing without damaging Road / Plinth /Floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat , length of bricks across the route of underground cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, stays & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking out old unserviceable underground LT Cable of 2/4 core, 10 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm form trenches/floor/road/pipe/along poles including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Excavation, earth work required for item shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.)

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 10 Sqmm, 4 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor & PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes including SS glands & aluminium lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- :Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection required for item shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ).

All as per Srl item No. 10 here-in-before but cable of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, taper plug, bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meters long, comprises with followings complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) PCC foundation 1:4:8 for base, 1:3:6 below ground and 1:2:4 above ground as coping. (ii) Two coats Alluminium synthetic enameled paint over one coat zinc primer including zebra painting at bottom up to 1.5 mtr above from the PCC couping and writing pole No with white paint

Supply and fix in replacement Hot moulded (FRP) junction box of size 280mm x 200mm for street light pole with locking arrangement with 32 Amps, 4 way heavy duty terminal block suitable connection for three phase incoming cable three phase outgoing cable and single phase connection for street light fitting with control MCB SP 10 Amps 01 Nos enclosed in thermoplastic box in closed shock proof safe IP 65, weather, vermin proof, dust and water proof complete with two number cable entry gland of standard size with suitable size mild steel clamps to fix on pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Neptune/ Hensel/ Sintex or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply and fix LED type BLE Flood light fitting 60 watt pressure dia cast aluminium housing LED street light luminaries with IP 66 including ast aluminium housing LED street light luminaries with IP 66 including GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia bracket 2.5 mtr long bend in 120 degree and clamps,nuts,bolts etc with all acessories complete all as specified and as directed. Supply & fixing in replacement of LED Flood light fitting of 200 Watt IP 66 aluminium housing in grey finish with clear acrylic and cast aluminium pipe mounting attachment including external SPD of capacity 10 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix in replacement of GI pipe 25 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for street light bracket made to shape from GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia of length 2.5m incl two number of clamps made from 50 x 6 Flat iron nut bolts complete all as directed

Note: Pole number shall be marked with white enamel paint over a base of size 20cmx20cm on prepared with two coats of black enamel paint on pole surfaces.

M&L for Zebra painting with synthetic enemelled paint on PCC pole at bottom up to 1.5 mtr above from the PCC coping including two coats aluminium synthetic painting over one coat red oxide primer of clamps, brackets, channel, cross arms, bracing support, pipe of support for cable and writing pole No with white paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Pole number shall be marked with white enamel paint over a base of size 20cmx20cm on prepared with two coats of black enamel paint on pole surfaces.

Supply and fixing GI tubing 15 mm dia light grade fixing alongwith poles from Junction box to bracket of street light fittings with the help of MS flat clamp of size 50x6 mm -two nos & suitable nuts/ bolts including two coats alluminium synthetic paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC pipe 20 mm dia medium grade fixing alongwith poles from Junction box to bracket of street light fittings with the help of MS flat clamp of size 50x6 mm -two nos & suitable nuts/ bolts including two coats alluminium synthetic paint complete all as specified and directed.
