Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design and shaped, laid in required colour and pattern over bed as per relevant IRC code filling the joints with fine sand etc all complete as per the direction of E/I.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line…do…do…all complete job

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts,fasteners etc.)

White washing one coat over old surface with approved quality of lime including cost of cleaning surface thoroughly and removing the scales of smoke and mosh marks with jhama rubbing,scaffolding,washing,of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete: Hot finished welded type tubes. For blue profile sheet (Wall + Roof) including all materials, T&P for completion of work etc. Including gate.

Providing corrugated blue profile sheet roofing fixed with G.I.J. or hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G. I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on over lapping of sheets complete (up to a pitch of 60°) excluding the cost or purlins, rafters and trusses 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm. For blue profile sheet Roof + Ridge including all materials, T&P for completion of work etc.0.63mm thick with zinc coating.
