Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust or cement conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, laid by self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to pot holes, exceeding 30mm depth, not exceeding 01 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming, and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface, putting in & including premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg/sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), complete all as specified and as directed.

Marking lines, dashes arrows etc of any description nexc 10cm width/girth on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path, road, hardstanding etc, finished the surface even & fair, complete all as specified.

150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base tor mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ of 100 mm thick concrete pavement/ floor, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 including necessary earth work and removing surplus soil to a distance nexc 50 mtr fixed , complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Make- Dark Eye/Greenlite/Road star / Gogia plastics.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. Make- Dark Eye/Greenlite/Road star / Gogia plastics.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.. Model : No- DA 972 of Dark Eye or equivalent inGreenlite/Road star / Gogia plastics.

Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep, complete all as specified.

75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite coarse aggregate of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix carpet 40mm consolidated thickness, with 0.54 cu.m. of stone chippings mixed with 29.2 kg of binder, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and applying premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Road Stud/ cat eye of size100mm x 100mm x 19 mm made out of ABS materials casted dynamically designed very high impact strength and fitted with 02 Nos highly reflective reflectors each on both side & provided with zinc plated nail of 12 mm dia and length 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering fixed, complete all as specified and directed. Model : No- DA 978(P) of Dark Eye or equivalent inGreenlite/Road star / Gogia plastics.

Premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes of size 300mm dia, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required, complete all as specified.

RCC pipes class NP-02 300mm dia with collars laid in trenches and jointed in any length complete all as specified and directed

Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested for 300mm bore pipe pipe in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.
