Repair and Re-fixing of Damaged Manhole Covers, Re-laying of Rear Side Paver Blocks and Borewell Flushing Works at aavin Illam building, Nandanam, Chennai.

Removing & relaying the existing undulated Interlocking Paver block of 80 mm thick, M40 grade over the M.sand cushion 50 mm thick, levelling with compressor with concrete side packing and cleaning the sides and removal of debris from the site etc complete as directed.

Supply and fixing of heavy-duty FRP manhole cover with frame (600 × 600 mm or required size), suitable for 25-ton load capacity made of FRP rate inclusive of all materials, labour, grouting with cement mortar (1:3), curing, and complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of precast RCC slab/manhole cover of size 80 cm × 80 cm, made with M25 grade concrete and suitable reinforcement, including placing in position with proper alignment over chamber in cement mortar (1:3), complete.

Flushing of the existing 35 feet deep borewell shall be carried out using a 1 HP submersible pump with suitable pipes and accessories to remove accumulated silt, sand, and impurities. Continuous flushing shall be undertaken until clear water discharge is achieved. The contractor shall provide all labour, equipment, and safety measures and complete the work to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
