Notes for Item No 1 to 3 :- a. The above job include for servicing the plant four times during the Contract period as per OEM standard checklist. Checking the serviceability of spare parts, checking lubrication level & leakages, operating of safety valves and instruments all has to be included in the rates. b. The above job include for attending breakdown calls 24 x 7,and if not attending within 6 hrs Rs 1000/hr will be recovered. c. All spare parts of indoor/outdoor units including compressor, Fan motor for both IDU & ODU, Fan blade,Gas charging, Electrical items, wiring, PCBs, remotes, panel controller, painting, valves,arresting duct leakages with insulaitng material welding, soldering etc is to be included in the above item. d. Work also include for checking tubes, de-scaling and preventive coating or replacement. e. Job also include for replacement of unserviceable electrical wirings and MCCB TPN, MCBs if found damaged/unserviceable. f. Only genuine parts shall be used

Supply and fix 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in PVC conduit, all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25X4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

M&L for Earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead as 25x4 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc.
