Supply, installation, commissioning and testing transformer floor mounted capacity 3.15 MVA step down, outdoor type, 50 Cycle/Sec (50 Hz),conforming to IS 2026 Part-1 (2011) having No load Voltage ratio at rated voltage 33 KV/11 KV , AC double wound core type copper wound oil immersed oil natural air naturally cooled (ONAN) type with external cooling tubes/ fins, transformer delta connection on primary side (33 KV) and star connection on secondary side (11 KV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11 and having tapping ranges from + 10% to - 15% @ 1.25% (20 steps/ 21 Positions) changed by means of auto ON LOAD TAP CHANGING arrangement alongwith its panel RTCC(Remote tap changer control alongwith AVR) with option for manual tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS. The limit of temperature rise after continuous full load run not exceeding 50 degree celsius for Oil and not exceeding 55 degree celsius for winding resistance as specified in SSR Part I and IS 2026 shall be suitable & adjustable to suit the maximum ambient temperature prevelling at the site .The Winding shall be made with 99.9% pure electrolytic grade copper, insulated with high grade paper Insulation (Class A) and the Losses in transformer i.e. No load losses and load losses are as per IS 2026 tolerance limit (No load Loss : 3.0 KW ( Sub to IS Tolerance) Load Loss at 100% Load and 75 Degree Celsius : 16 KW @ 3.5 MVA base ( Sub to IS Tolerance) the %Impedance- 7.15% @3.15 MVA base (sub to IS Tolerance) complete all as specified and as directed. The manufacturer of transformer must have ISO certificate with LAB approved by NABL to ascertain genuine product quality. The manufacturer shall provide 05 Years warranty certificate for the transformer supplied to the department through contractor and a affidavit to this regard shall also be submitted by the Contractor. The transformer shall be completed with following fittings and accessories :- (a) Cable boxes on 11 KV secondary side for 3 core XLPE 185 sqmm x 3 core cable end.LV bushings on 11 Kv side must be as per 12 KV class. (b) HV bushing with arching horn on 33 KV side and must be of 36 KV class. (c) Oil conservator with filling hole and cap drain plug and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with connecting pipe first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel) and oil seal. (e) Explosion relief vent mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equaliser pipe connection to conservator air space (pressure release device). (f) Air release plug. (g) Shutoff valve between the conservator and cooilng tubes. (h) Filter valve with threaded adopter (Top and bottom). (j) Thermometer pocket. (k) Inspection cover.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation of poles, stays or for taking out/laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soilcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials (soil) n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
