BOQ (PETTY AND MISC NATURE OF CIVIL ENGINEERING WORKS IN THE MES SERVICE CENTRE IN ZONE 'C' AT AF STN SURATGARH

Taking down door shutter exc 1.00 sqm but n exc 2.00 sqm of any description and refixing including easing adjusting and refixing existing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, by making good the distorted portion with small let in wooden pieces where hinges etc have been removed for chowkhats and door shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Repair to cup boards including easing of CB shutters, tightning of existing hinges or handles/knobs hasp and staple etc complete all as directed.

Fixing only in repairs loose existing pelmet boxes made of 19 mm thick block board by embedding wooden gutties in cement mortar (1:3) with MS clips and screw etc length of pelmet box not exc. 1.5 mtrs all as specified.

All as per Ser Item No 03 above but length exc 1.5 M and not exc 2.5 M.

S&F in repairs steel window handles (Left or right) peg stays & Hinges etc (including welding if required) as per sample.

Supply and Fixing in repairs mild steel double action spring hinges with steel wire spring stove enamelled black 100mm (including welding to steel frame if required) long complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs 150mm mild steel helical door spring including roller and roller plate complete all as directed including welding to frame complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs floor door stopper of aluminum alloy body and tongue anodised with drawn steel spring fixed to door with overall length of cover plate 140 mm all as specified and directed.

M & L for welding in any situation and in any floor for butt hinges 100 mm medium weight to chowkat after taking down door/window shutter and refixing in same position and making functional complete all as directed.

M & L for Repair to MS built in cubbord shutter for easy closing and opening incl straightening/welding of shutter and shutter locking rod all as specified and directed.

M & L for Replacement of rebated mortice lock (fixed in built in cubbord) vertical type size 75 mm to 100 mm complete all as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling our glazing pins / spring clips providing and fixing new one , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Figured glass 4 mm thick, ordinary quality pin type and glazing with oil putty not exceeding 0.5 Sq. m in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Sheet glass 3 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden bead in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq. m in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Almirah handle of size 150mm all as specified and directed

Cleaning the sides rollilng shutter shafts guide channel and greasing of moving parts of rolling shutter and straightening rolling and replacement of bolts nuts as reqd for smooth functionning of shutters and taking out existing rolling shutters if reqd and refixing the same in original position complete all as specified (Opening of shutter exc 2.00mm and not exc 3.50 mm and area exc 6.00 sqm and not exc 9.00 sqm) all as specified.

S & F in repairs mild steel spring conforming to IS-62A-1970 of approved make in existing rolling shutters (Opening of shutters exc 2.00 m and n exc 3.50 m ) all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with ruber rings joints fixed to walls with necessary brackets, fixed in repair including taking down existing pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore , fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC connection of PTMT ,non corrosive with nuts and washers on both ends,600mm long suitable for 15 mm bore fixed in repair , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in -Charge

S&F stainless steel grating dome in repair 100 mm dia of best quality.

Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm & fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Butt Hinges medium weight cold rolled of 100mm size and fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy 300 mm long in repair.

Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts, 200mm long , of extruded section and fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

19 mm/ 20 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board, exterior grade, pre-laminated both sides with decorative choice lamination for wooden and fixed with screws to timber frame as in cupboards, shutters, shelves, pelmet etc. including fixing 18 mm wide 6 mm thick beading of Ist class HW (Teak) all around, fixed as in repairs including taking down, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ball and catches with 8 mm dia steel ball and brass body and striking plate including letting in fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Drapery rod curtains rods 25 mm dia, Stainless steel 1mm thick including set of fixing brackets, fennels etc., fixed to wall in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F side bulb (stainless steel) for drappery rods as per sample all as specified.

Aluminium (die cast body) door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000mm width and of weight between 61 to 80 kgs and fixed as in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing with connections or fittings from wall, ceiling and floor etc., including cutting/chasing in wall/floor and removal from site, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Angle valves 15 mm , cast copper alloy ,chromium plated ,screwed down high pressure with crutch and butter fly handles , screwed both ends with for iron pipes or for union fixed as in repair , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. .

S&F in repairs small fittings galvanised iron medium grade such as sockets, elbow, nipple, tee, union etc for 15mm bore pipe (ISI Mark) complete all as directed.

All as per Srl Item No 43 above but for 20mm bore pipe complete all as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. using jute brush from inside & outside of 250 litre to 500 litre capacity PVC water tanks and from mouths of connected pipes, removing the scale and dirt etc. to a distance of not exceeding 500 metre, washing the tanks with water, cleaning the connecting pipes with bleaching powder solution and finally applying 2% potassium permanganate solution for disinfection, marking with white paint on tank ‘Date of cleaning the tank ’, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge.

Refixing old steel tubing of 15 mm bore and connectiopns in new or old position in walls, ceiling and floors etc all as directed

Ball valves 20 mm high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

S&F 40mm wide 4mm thick rubber bidding for aluminium /wooden door seal fixed to door shutter with nails as in repair all as specified.

PVC tank lid (cover) suitable for 500/1000 litres capacity water tank with hinged and hooked fixing by steel screw for existing PVC water tank on buildings, fixed as in repair, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. .

First quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles of (300x200mm) x 6-7 mm thick, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, in skirting, dado with set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

PVC waste pipe for WHB including all fittings fixed as in repair , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in -Charge.

Supply & fix in repair CP waste coupling for kitchen sink

Repair to sink kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; inculding bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf walls or incl fixing cantilever brackets and connecting waste up to 0.5 sqm each.

Supply & fix in repair cantilever brackets (Mild steel or cast iron ) for wash hand basin and Sink basin inculding bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf walls or incl fixing .

Vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest (exclusive flusing cistern& flush pipe) including cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap of 100 mm bore pipe fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 and necessary lime concrete, fixed as in repairs, including making good the surface to match with existing floor finish fixed as in repair ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Make :- CERA/HINDWARE/PARYWARE.

PVC valveless , syphonic action type flushing cisterns 10 ltrs capacity , low level , white, with inlet ball valves , float and handle including brackets and pvc flush pipe 32 mm dia for low level fixed as in repair , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Wash basins, vitreous china, white, flat back of size 550x400 mm including brackets and cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand 32mm dia waste fittings, brass, chromium plated with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, including waste coupling of PTMT 32mm and including new brackets fixed as in repair , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls/ceiling & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description,in wall or ceiling in patches n exc 2.00 sqm in each patch including removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats, first coat 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) & top layer 5 mm thick in CM (1:4) with mixing integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction & finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note : - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Rendering 10 mm thick in Cement mortar (1:3) on RCC Ceiling , finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or un plastered wall surfaces of any description, using necessary filling compound of Birla/ JK wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/ even finish using sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (wheather proof) over and including one coat of primer(antifungal) in camouflage pattern, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair 75 mm dia outlet PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as directed

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
