Round the Clock Operation : Round the clock operation of the Electromechanical Services i.e. PAC units, DG Sets, UPS systems, Split A/C units, internal electrical installations, Addressable Fire Alarm system, Public Address system, Fire suppression system, fire Extinguishers and BMS system etc. , maintaining of Log Books separately for HPAC units, DG sets, UPS systems, EB supply system and general complaint register, visitors register, recording the parameters in the Log Books etc. by deploying one Skilled staff in general shift and one semi-skilled staff in each shift for 3 shifts of the day etc. as required. Note: Payment should be made as per the central Govt rates of wages vide Gazette of India Notification no. 173, New Delhi, January 19, 2017 and subsequent wage revision order vide F.No. I /26(3)/2021-LS-II dated. 28.10.2021 of the Chief labour Commissioner (C), New Delhi and its subsequent amendments with respect to escalation/reduction of wages.
Comprehensive Maintenance of 3 nos X7TR High Precision Package AC (HPAC) units: Comprehensive Maintenance of 3nos 7TR HPAC units through authorized service dealer of BSNL approved make HPAC/Package AC units . This includes service visits for preventive /periodical maintenance and breakdown maintenance visits as and when required including replacement of all spares such as compressors, fan motors, controllers, Electrical components, refrigerant gas and other spares as per detailed Terms and Conditions of the NIT.
Comprehensive Maintenance of 13nosX1.5TR Split AC units: Comprehensive Maintenance of 13nos 1.5TR Split AC Units (Non Inverter type) (Hitachi make). This includes service visits for preventive /periodical maintenance and breakdown maintenance visits as and when required including replacement of all spares such as compressors, fan motors, PCBs, Electrical components, refrigerant gas and other spares as per detailed Terms and Conditions of the NIT.
Comprehensive Maintenance of Electrical panels, DBs, wirings & light fixtures: Comprehensive maintenance of Electrical installations, i.e. Electrical Fittings, Fans, wiring and distribution system, MV panels, Energy Meters, Earthings etc. i/c repair / replacement of faulty parts / accessories (excluding Cables) as required
