M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep of any make, removing the burnt out winding including cleaning slot, replacement of defective nuts, bolts, washer, etc. and rewinding with using appropriate size of super enameled copper winding wire thermal of class-E, varnishing and reassembling and testing including taking down carefully ceiling fan by disconnecting electric connection and re-fixing in the same position complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Repairs works for spares will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Cost of split pin, lock nuts, rubber bush, capacitor clamps, screws, bolts, nuts and washers, etc if required to be fitted shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser) of any type and any make upto 50 Litres capacity after disconnecting all electric connections, descaling the inner container, heating element, base assembly, etc. by using chemical and cleaning thoroughly, filling the inner container with water and checking and arresting leakage if any, reassembling the geyser after servicing and replacing unserviceable spare parts and refixing including water line connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed: Notes: (i) Spare parts, like heating element, thermostats, flexiconnection for hot water /PVC connections etc., shall be measured and pair separtely. S&F for sub main wiring two run of single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS (confirming to IS-694) multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sq.mm (nominal area), 1100 volt grade and one run of 4.0 sq.mm 1100 volt grade FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed muti stranded copper conductor cable as in earth continuity conductor, drwan through in and including PVC casing-in-caping of required size (ISI marked) with all accessories, fixed on roof/wall/ceiling and making good the disturbed suraces with cement mortar (1:6) and applying white wash/distempering to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Two runs of 4.0 sq.mm cable and one run of 4.0 sq.mm earth wire and one run of PVC casing-in-caping shall be measured as one unit length.
