REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF ROOF TREATMENT AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN MD ACCN IN ZONE-II AREA UNDER GE JAIPUR AT JAIPUR MILITARY STATION

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors, (other than ground floors), beams, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filled with PU & cement (1:1.5) by volume grouting by nozzles by authentic applicators carefully as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC type B-0, (1.2.4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop with WPC @ 3% weight of cement, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compund

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof comprises the following, complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge:- (a) Applying high build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on aliphatic polyurethane, cold applied of spray /brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 350% and crack bridging ability of 2mm as per ASTDM D 412. The system including final base preparation, single coat of single component PU based primer and applying Berger HS Elastoseal or equivalent brand of other manufacture in two coats to achieve a min thickness 1.2mm, complete as per manufacture specifications.

M & L for non skid ceramic cool tile thickness 7 to 8 mm, area of each tile exeeding 0.06 sqm but not exeeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed with pidilite Epoxy tile grout( Roff-Pidilite, Starlike) including 5 to 7mm thick screed bed of chemical adhesive of approved make for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down soil waste and rain water pipes of (any size or pattern) including all fittings , heads, bends etc including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking up or down steel tubing & connection including cleaning for or removal from site 15mm.

Taking up or down steel tubing & connection including cleaning for or removal from site 20mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 ltres and removing to store etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm dia single socketed in length with rubber ring fixed to wall/floorss complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed in length with rubber ring fixed to wall/floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) Gully trap any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 15mm dia,any grade,to wall and ceilings or laying in floors etc etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note GI pipe obtained from Item no 20 shall be reused after clean it.)

S & F rotational moulded polyethylne water storage tanks(cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 500 capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-1 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 15mm dia ball valves, high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe and fixed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 , type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in slope in 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 mtr in length. Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stack clamps, out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof, size of bore of pipe in 110mm etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material outside of MD Land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work using Subclass B bricks old size, in exc. 6 m mean radius on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC slabs of soakage well/septic tank/man holes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast RCC 1:2:4 Type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate for manhole cover (including placing over manhole) all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry other than fair faces of brick surfaces in CM(1:4) finished even and smooth with out using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint (Ist quality) in plain pattern on walls complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint (Ist quality) in plain pattern on walls complete all as specified.
