(b) Consumables however shall be paid under Sch A Phase II (Part II) (b) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipment by regular oiling, greasing changing of gland packing, replacement of nuts and bolts etc. during the period of work order. (c) To take care of housekeeping, environmental cleanliness of Area all around up to 20.00m alround the STP and the area shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. (d) To provide Materials required, oil and grease required for operation of the plant. Cost of consumables shall be paid in respective items as per part II. (e) To maintain the installations provided under this contract as per IE Rules / Standard Engineering Practice. (f) The Sludge generated by the Sewage Treatment Plant shall be disposed by the contractor as per manufacturer’s instructions, OEM directives and as per instructions of the E-in-C (g) Electricity and water for operation of the plant will be supplied by the Department free of Cost. (h) The water after treatment and super chlorination must satisfy following quality criteria: [i] BODs - 10 mg/lttr or less [ii] TSS - 10 mg/ltr or less [iii] COD - 50 mg/Ltr or less [iv] PH - 6.5-8.5 [v] Coli form - 100 MPN per 100 ml [vi] Residual Chlorine - [0.1-0.2] ppm or more (i) The contractor shall pay to the operators/ personals in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment. (j) (1)Tenderer are requested to attach the latest order of Central Govt/State Govt/local body regarding minimum wages and statutory deductions regarding to EPF and ESI etc. (2) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be conidered by rounding off two digits after decimal placein accordance with IS - 2 of 1960 (Revised 2016) of BIS (3) Incase of rate quoted are less than the prevaling rates/instructions under any heading(s) the bid will be treated as non bonafied/invalid and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. (4) 'NIL' or 'Zero' quoating against OH & profit will be treated as 'NON BONAFIDE" (5) In case two or more firms quote the same rates, the preference will be given to the firm based on their capability such as working capital, turn over of last 3 financial year ending prior to bid /publising date and list of similar nature work complete in last 3 years (6) The quoted rates shall inclusive of GST as applicable (k) During Defect liability period of 24 months contractor shall be fully responsible for maintaining STP effluent discharge standards as per Gazette Notification GSR 1265 (E) dated 13 Oct 2017 of MoEF & CC or as per latest prevailing guidelines of GoI.

Supply only Lubricant for air blower NOTES:- (For Item No 103 to 114) (a) Material as mentioned will be taken on charge & issued as required basis. Necessary register will be maintained by Engineer-in-Charge for issue & signed by Engineer-in-Charge & contractor. This need to be produced for every payment of & final bill. The contractor shall have no claim for quantum of quantiy ordered as well as variation in quantity if any during contract period. (b) Surprise check will be carried out by department representative and if any employes is not available at his working place, he will be treated as absent and recovery shall be made @ Rs 100/- per hour per person. (c) After issue of work order, contractor has to submit the list of employees including reserve alongwith relevant documents as mentioned is PS to the Engineer-in-Charge. (d) payment of to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment of. payment of shall be made to employees on or before 10 th of every month. (e) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of of EPF subscription made by him alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment of. (f) Contractor has to employ the number of labours per day as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge for which he has to make alternative arrangement. (g) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. In case of absence of staff/tradesman from duty, payment of of that day will not be paid. In addition to that a penalty of Rs 700/- per day per person will be recovered from contractors dues. Also in case of long absence (more than six days) of staff/tradesman, the penalty shall be recovered. The contractor shall have no claim on this account. (h) Contractor has to supply three sets of Tools and Plants to the labours employed by him and should be placed with the safe custody of department. Rates quoted shall be deemed to be included the above provision. (j) In case any variation in manpower as indicated in Column No 3 of BOQ due to any reasons / or any manpower held in Department or any policy change contractor should have no claim on that account. (k) Seperate Work order will be issued by the Engineer-In charge for each Phase and accordingly Seperate Completion certificates and Final Bills will be placed.
