Supply of Marine Grade Aluminium Boats approved quality having DIMENSION Length overall 7.00 mtr., Breadth (Moulded) 2.10 mtr., Depth (M) 0.80 mtr., Material Marine Grade Aluminium Hull, Seating Capacity 16 Persons + 2 Crew, Weight Carrying Capacity 1530 Kg. The boat shall have single chine type blige form, with fine entry on bow portion, and planning type aft portion to provide stable and smooth ride for passengers. The boat shall be fabricated from Marine Grade aluminium with bottom shell plating of 5083 Grade Aluminimum plate of 5mm thickness and side shell of 5052 Grade Alumimum plate of 3mm. The boat shall have transverse and longitudinal stiffener from suitable aluminium sections, viz, flats, T sections, angles suitably designed to form transverse frames of aluminium angles of 30x30x5mm section spaced about 400mm centre to centre and will have 2 Nos. Longitudinal stiffener of size 25x10mm flats to form girder. Central girder in way of keel of minimum 32 x 12mm section. The scantings of all the stiffeners will be such as to impart rigidity to the hull structure. The boat shall have suitable gunwale of oval type C section of 90 x 32mm welded all round the boat to protect the boat from impact. The hull plating and all scanting shall be welded with marine filer wire and as per standard marine practice. The fore peak and aft peak shall be water tight, the forward space shall be used for seating of persons. The aft portion will have motor tray with transom adequately stiffened to fit out board motor. The persons shall be able to seat at aft and be able to operate outbard motor. The seating of persons shall be by means of cross aluminimum C section thwarts will be of size 230 x 50 x 25mm suitably spaced, minimum number of four thwarts. The thwarts shall be supported by box section stanchions and will have suitable thickness aluminium water tight buoyancy tanks underneath each thwarts and secured and bolted to impart positive buoyancy to the boat, and to keep it afloat even in case of flooding. Flooring shall be non skid type, it will be of aluminium chequred plating of minimum 3mm thickness supported with suitable floors. The boat shall be supplied and fitted with 1 No. 15 HP Out Board motor of reputed make like Mercury, Yamaha, Tohatsu, etc. 2 Stroke Outboard Motor, Petrol operated with autho rewind rope starter, forward, neutral and reverse gear and 25 liters fuel tank. The boat shall have suitable provision strong lifting eyes four numbers to enable the boat to be lifted evenly with crane. The boat shall be supplied with following accessories : Wooden Oars 2 Nos., Five Prong anchor 1 No, Row locks 2 Nos., Mooring rope 60 feet 2 Nos., Life Jackets 18 Nos, Life Buoys 2 Nos. The boat shall be certified by Marine Surveyor for seating capacity of 16 + 2 = 18 persons.

Creaditing amount the existing 15 seated OBM Fiber with 15 HP Motor Pump etc. completed as directed by Engineer in-Charge.
