M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles in vertical surface of size 450x350x7-8mm thick as in skirting and dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and incl 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

System treatment :Providing and applying two coats of Brushbond RFX of FOSROC or equivalent with a fibermesh sandwiched between two layersHigh performance Acrylic polymer modified Cementitious waterproof coating, shall contain a liquid polymer component and a Cementitious powder component, which shall be mixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and applied over prepared concrete surface strictly maintaining the coverage specified by the manufacturer. The applied material of BrushbondRFX should have 1.0mm thickness of cured coating membrane shall exhibit properties of static crack accommodation of 1mm according to ASTM-C836 or equivalent.terminating the coating at 300mm above FFL .Work shall be executed by Fosroc or equivalent Authorised applicator strictly following the Instructions as per Fosroc or equivalent specifications complete incl cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance are loose flaky particles and incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as per manufacturer’s specification and direction.

Bore Packing: Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC by roughening using suitable file to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Providing necessary formwork for packing the bore using suitable arrangement . Applying a coat of styrene- butadiene based polymer coating using Nitobond SBR of FOSROC or equivalent to enhance adhesion between the packing material and other surfaces and Application of swellable Supercast SWX or equivalent at the middle of over the pipe external side and. Packing the gap using non-shrink cement polymer based grout using Conbextra GP1 or equivalent up to the surface of the bore whilst the Nitobond SBR or equivalent is in tacky state complete all as per manufacturer’s specification and direction.

Treating the Cracks, Construction Joints : Chase opening the Construction Joints by providing “ U ” groove, removing the dust and clean the designated area fill the prepared surface using Renderoc CS completely as per the manufacturer’s Instruction, following by providing chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the cold joint by injecting cement slurry mixed with grout admixture Cebex 100 of FOSROC or equivalentor equivalent @ 225 gms per bag of cement, in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with Renderoc Plug and final cutting the projected nozzles and sealing off the PVC nozzles after the injection operation is over with Renderoc plug, nonshrink rapid setting mortar compound, finishing, curing etc. complete all as per manufacturer’s specification and direction.

M&L Gunitting work for RCC work as in columns, beam, slab, perapet, chajjas etc by removing all loose concrete on the reinforcement, cleaning the surfaces with wire brushes and reinforcement with sand papers then applying apoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh fabric size not less than 95x95x3mm on the prepare surfaces and finally applying gunitting 30 to 40mm thick (average thickness) with pressure gun using 1 part of cement and 3 part of coarse sand incl necessary form work where even required all gunnited surface shall be brought in complete geometric figure even in the gunniting operation only complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Where new or additional reinforcement is required included in the same rate.
