Designing, providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of STP for all inlet sewage perameters based on SBR technology consisting of MPS, Inlet Chamber, Screen Chamber, Grit- Detritus Tanks and Biological CASP Basins, Chlorine Contact Tank, Chlorinator with Chlorinator shed & tonner Shed, Chemical Storage & Dosing shed with dosing Equipments, Sludge Sump, Gravity Sludge Thickener, Sludge dewatering system equipment and building, sludge storage shed, necessary piping work with required valves, gates, storm water drains and rain water harvesting system, bypass drains, roads & pathways, landscaping, Compound wall with gates, Administration Block cum Laboratory, Laboratory Equipments, staff quarters, Tools and Plants, Spare Parts, ESR and Tanker Filling points, Metering Room, Guard Room etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical works inclusive of following items, units as per detailed specification for civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical components with all duties and taxes, etc. complete to achive outlet perameters as per latest norms of CPCB/RSPCB or any government regulation to get reusable quality of water for industrial/ Agriculture purposes with full automation including PLC-SCADA and Instrumentation, Online continious effluent monitering system (OCEMS) through Artificial Intelligence including complete online monitoring system (analyser at Inlet and outlet), DO analysers and Hydrostatic level sensor, DLT, Other necessary instrumentation like flow meter, pressure gauge and accessories to run the complete system in automation, AI System, reuse arrangement (storage - GLR, OHSR and pumps) and treated effluent disposal line for treated water 5 KM as per specifications. As per detailed scope of work and employer's requirment as per tender document.

STP of Capacity 2.0 MLD for Bikaner town.

Design, construction, execution, testing and commissioning of sewage pumping station including but not limited to all relevant civil (including inlet structure), electrical, mechanical (including Pumps, motor, valves/gates, screen conveyor, EOT/HOT Crane, suction/delivery or any other piping required etc.), instrumentation, SCADA, automization including including electro magnetic flowmetre, and Stores etc. along with ancillary civil works as required for campus including plantation, including boundary wall etc. as defined in scope of work as per Tender Document.

SPS of Capacity 5.5 MLD for Bikaner town

Upgradation of existing sewage Pumping Station on Design Buid Operate (DBO) basis including but not limited to all relevant civil (including inlet structure), electrical, mechanical (including Pumps, motor, valves/gates, screen conveyor, EOT/HOT Crane, suction / delivery or any other piping required etc.), instrumentation, SCADA, automization including including electro magnetic flowmetre, and Stores etc. along with ancillary civil works as required for campus including plantation, including boundary wall etc. as defined in employer's Requirement & scope of work as per Tender Document.

SPS of Capacity 30.0 MLD for Bikaner town

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sewer manhole with pumping arrangement (MWP) to avoid deep sewers of required capacity with 100% standby, coarse screen, electric panel, DG Set / invertor of required capacity with all required associated civil, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation work with online monitoring on SCADA for following capacities at nodes shown in sewer network drawing. As per detailed scope of work and employer's requirment as per tender document.

MWP of Intermediate Flow: 0.55 MLD, Design Flow: 0.75 MLD for Bikaner town

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MNRE approved Grid tied Solar Panels with inverter, meter, cable etc. suitable for Rooftop installation as well as Utility Scale Solar Power Projects with 25 years of Linear Generation warranty. Work includes designing of solar panel area and MS frame and foundation on ground/roof of available spots, showing arrangement of panel in available space, installation of PV module on MS frame as per approved design and drawings. Mounting structure shall be suitably designed to withstand wind velocity up to 150km/hr. Grid Tie Transformer less inverters, Multiple independent MPPTs, Peak efficiency of >98%. Connect up to multiple strings PV arrays, Easy & fast connection, Built-in string-level monitoring, IP65 protection level, Wi-Fi / internet based remote monitoring with 5 years warranty. All cabling up to panel and metre, earthing etc. required accessories and taxes are inclusive. The work shall be executed as per detailed technical specifications, approved drawing and direction of Engineer in Charge. Note: There shall be 5 year service warranty for panel, inverter, meter, cable etc. and suitable provision shall be included. and execution as per directions of engineer-in-charge. Fix Provision for O&M of all facilities created under this contract including but not limited to Sewer Line System, STP, MWP and sewerage network for Five Years as per Tender Document (yearwise payment amount is given in tender document) for Bikaner town. Bidder should fill amount Rs. 51200000.00 Bidder should fill this amount In case any other amount is filled then it will be consider as 51200000.00 Only.

Provision of Provisional Sum to be used as per Tender Document (FIXED) for Bikaner town. Bidder should fill amount Rs. 55800000.00 Bidder should fill this amount In case any other amount is filled then it will be consider as 55800000.00 Only.
