providing of Safaiwala, Peons and Chowkidar Services to GE (I) (P) CH (SC), Pune

Providing Conservancy Sevices for sweeping, mopping & cleaning of Govt. buildings comprising of cleaning of open area including black top roads, pathways, hardstanding, open/closed rain water drains within office premises, all office rooms, corridors, flooring, staircase including rearranging of furniture thereafter, flooring/dado and sanitary fittings of toilets including disinfection, doors & windows, roofs etc and removal of cob-webs through out the contract period (excluding Sundays, closed holidays and nonfunctional days) and within Timings mentioned here in below. Safaiwala - 02 Nos for a period of 08 hrs in one shift per day ( 2 x 43 day = 86 shifts) Timings- (i) Mon, Tue, Thrus and Fri - from 7.00 am to 3.00 pm (Lunch break 12.00 to 12.30). (ii) Wed and Sat - from 7.00 am to 2.00 pm (Note No 1: Water will be supplied by MES for cleaning purposes free of cost. Note No 2. Consumable items required like phenol, disinfectant, cleaning acid, brooms etc. Will be supplied free of cost. Note No 3: Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of provision of uniform to safaiwala, deployment of supervisor, necessary insurance of workers , EPF, maintenance of attendance register, First Aid, providing identity card of workers providing T&P like ladder etc. complete. Note No 4 : No payment shall be made for Sundays, closed holidays and nonfunctional days.

Providing House Keeping services for dusting of tables, side trays, teapoy, shelfs, almirah etc, cleaning water vassals, bottles, jars etc. and filling drinking water for office staff, keeping office files and documents in the almirahs, taking out and giving files as asked from cupboards, carrying documents from one table to other as directed. printing drawings, taking out xerox copies and making sets as directed, providing assistance in certain activities as directed complete throughout the contract period (excluding Sundays, closed holidays and nonfunctional days) and within Timings mentioned here in below. Peon -02 Nos for a period of 08 hrs in one shift per day ( 2 x 43 day = 86 shifts) Timings- (i) Mon, Tue, Thur and Fri from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (Lunch break 1.00 pm to 1.30 pm). (ii) Wed and Sat from 9.00 pm to 2.00 pm Note No1: Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of provision of uniform to Peon, employment of supervisor, necessary insurance of workers , EPF, maintenance of attendance register, First Aid, providing identity card of workers etc. complete. Note No 2 : No payment shall be made for Sundays, closed holidays and nonfunctional days) Note No 3 : Consumable items like duster cloth etc shall be supplied free of cost.

Providing House Keeping Services for security of logistic installations in non-sensitive area of GE (I) (P) Command Hospital Pune, office complex with following tradesmen as directed complete throughout the contract period (including Sundays, closed holidays and nonfunctional days) and within Timings mentioned here in below. Chowkidar -03 Nos for a period of 08 hrs in three shift per day ( 3 x 51 day = 153 shifts) Timings - (i) three shift for a day (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) Note No1: Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of provision of uniform, necessary insurance of workers, EPF, maintenance of attendance register, First Aid, providing identity card of workers etc. complete. Note No 2 : The contractor shall also employ reliever as per norms for operating & cost towards shall be included in the quoted rate.
