Dismantling the existing Floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with Flooring tiles / glazed tiles / cuddapah slabs including removing the debris from the site and stacking useful material at work site for reuse etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 20mm thick Cement based Hydraulically Pressed Anti-Skid (EUROCAN) tiles (Pattern design) in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick and pointed with same colour of cement etc., complete as per standard specification.

Dadooing the walls with Colour Designed glazed tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6mm of approved make and quality in cement mortar 1:2 mix [one cement and two M-sand] over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly etc., complete as per standard specification.

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100Vgrade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5sq.mm copper wire for open PVC light point/ fan point (for electronic regulator) (SD-16)

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mmx100mmx75mm MS switch box for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking flush type CS plug wfth painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open plug pointt (SD-10)

Supplying and fixing of 1200mm ( 48" ) sweep AC ceiling fan complete with regulator with 1Mdown rod including S & F of fan clamp with side plates and cross arm etc, complete as per standard specifications (SD 107)

Supply and fixing of 20W 4 Feet LED Fitting with LED etc, complete as per standard specifications (SOR 2024-25, M-1275)

Supplying and fixing in position Colour glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of size 580mm x 440mm of approved quality with 'P' (or) 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 mix [one lime, two M-sand and five brick jelly] 100m thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to the cast iron soil pipes / PVC pipes by dismantling the brick masonry, reinforced concrete roof / floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without any leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc., conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamel painting as per design given by the departmental officers etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Painting two coats for old wood work surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification.
