CERTAIN REPAIR TO OR LIVING IN BILLETS AT AF STN AMRITSAR

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (without backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for ceramic glazed coloured tiles of size 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick joint free on and incl 10mm thick screed bed in cm(1:4)set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles on vertical surfaces as cladding ,skirting and dado complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slb flooring 16-18 mm thick over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including ,cutting and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Ditto all as per item No 4 above but as in dado, riser & skirting over & incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for polishing of Old surfaces on marble/ kota stone where ever required, intial preparation includes grounding the surface evenly with machine fitted with fine grade blocks (No. 120) thereafter final grinding with machine fitted with the finest grade grit blocks (No. 320) carried out the day after the first grinding completed. After the final polish, oxalic acid shall be dusted over the surface at the rates of thirty three (33) gms. per square metre sprinkled with water and rubbed hard with pad of wooden rags. The following day the floor shall be wiped with a moist rag and dried with a soft cloth and finished clean complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid dark/ coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm to 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or clolured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 complete all as spc.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15-16mm thick Granite (of any tpe) work (tablee rubbed and polished) full length in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms incl making hole for gas pipe and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cment (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M & L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps,cooking platform, and other similar situations etc completed all as specified.
