Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and filling of well gravel by lorry in basement filling including conveyance loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges filliing laying watering and consolidation, hand roller rolling etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers during execution of work.
Cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five M.sand and ten stone jelly) using of 40mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation including basesment concrete, etc., using mixture machine dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated complying with standard specification.

b) For superstructure in Ground floor
Vacum dewatering on freshly laid and thoroughly vibrated concrete surface to produce a homogeneous and smooth concrete surface. Suction mat shall be spread over the leveled fresh concrete surface and shall be connected by suction house to the vaccum pump for dewatering of surplus water in the concrete. After dewatering is complete, the concrete surface is troweled with minimum two passes to achieve a wear resistance concrete surface .
Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)
Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require Only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)
a) For column footing plinth beam bed blocks templates staircase, steps piers raft, beam raft slab ect.,
Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 M high for plane surfaces such as RCC slab, rectangular beams, Tee (or) ELL Beams, lintel bed block., slabs, landing slabs, beams canopy, side slab(or)square (or) round columns etc., as detailed below with all cross bracings using M.S.Sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and B.G.10 stiff ended with welded M.S.Angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak or country wood joints of 10cm x6.50m spaced at about 90 cm C\C and supported by inimize e props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm c\c etc., complete complying with standard specifications.(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Brick work following Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement and six M.sand) using Fly Ash bricks size 230X110X70mm conforming to IS:12894-1989 class designation not less 50Kg/sq.cm average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:5 for load bearing structures for foundation and basement and for super structure including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.
a) In Ground floor
Brick partition wall of 11.50cm thickness using best quality fly ash brick of 230X110X70mm size conforming to IS:12894-1989 class designation not less 50Kg/sq.cm average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental oficers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)
Paving the flooring with best approved quality, colour and Design vitrified tiles of size 600x600x8mm over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointing with same colour cement neatly etc., in all floor used 0.20kg/m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces colouring pigment cotton waste, hire charge for cutting machine polishing clearing etc., as directed complying with standard specifications. The titles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.
Flooring with following of Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm over a 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three M-sand) base motor over the required size with special cutter wherever necessray, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 kg./sqm. etc., complete complying with standard specification.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).
Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in cement mortar 1:2 [one cement and two M sand 10mm thick and pointing with colour cement using 0.40kg/m2 neatly in all floors colouring pigment cotton waste, hire charge for cutting machine polishing clearing etc., as directed complying with standard specifications. The tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works
Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete with broken brick jelly size of of 20 mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (No sand to be used ) over roof slab the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 by volume and laid over in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly welded by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mmx230mmx20mm of approved quality set in cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

The rate shall be inclusive of cast removable cast iron grarting. Supplying and fixing of rolling shutters with ISI mark shall be of pull and push type made out of 18/Gx3’ lath sections with consists of five main parts such as curtain, lock plate, guide channels rollers and hood cover. Supplying and fixing of Hood Cover; Shall be of 0.9mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25mm x 25mm x 3mm M.S. angle or gate channel. The rolling shutter in addition to the above should have pulling hook and shall be coated with heavy coat of zinc chromite primer. The above specifications for various components of rolling shutter shall be invariably followed and verified with the rolling shutters supplied by the firms at site. If the rolling shutters supplied do not confirm to the above specifications, the concerned firms should be asked to replace the shutter or supply the missing components.

Providing Pre construction of Anti termite treatment for the construction of building including all chemicals as per standard specifications. Labour charges for preparing the areas for treatment, spraying chemicals and other incident charges etc. complete. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti-termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite moulds, making holes with crow bars at an interval of 30cms to a depth of 50cms in the inimize of building and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313(Part 2)2001.
