To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years 2021-22, 2022-23 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed, satisfactory completion as prime contractor, for at least one similar work such as Construction of Road work of value not less than Rs.33.90 Lakhs, Certificate to this, from a competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer should be enclosed. The work done certificate should mention the details of work executed and the date of commencement & date of completion of the work. (Workdone with indent No)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years ( i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26 ) achieved in at least TWO financial years an average annual Annual financial turnover is not less than amount put tender (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) Rs.50.83 lakhs (Usually not less than two times the Estimated Annual Payments under this Contract) With UDIN No certified by Authorized Charted Accountant otherwise bid will be directly disqualified

Tenderer must have liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.15.25 Lakhs Credit lines/ letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. Usually the 30Perecent of the amount of Contract issued the Nationalised bank should be furnished by the contractor And LOC issued by such a bank should be of unconditional nature.
