Chase opening the Construction Joints /Crack by providing “ V ” groove, removing the dust and clean the designated area following by providing chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the cold joint by injecting cement slurry mixed with grout admixture EUCO GROUT ADMIXIN, EUCLID/Tremco/ Vandex/ Flowcrete or other equivalent make as per specification @ 250 gms/ bag of cement in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with nonshrink rapid setting hydraulic cement compound and final cutting the projected nozzles and sealing off the PVC nozzles after the injection operation is completed, finishing, curing etc. as per manufacturers specification and as directed.

Providing and Appling at the junction of slab and vertical offsets with Cement Mortar 1:4 and admixed with EUCO SBR LATEX of Make EUCLID/Tremco/ Vandex/ Flowcrete Chemicals or other equivalent make as per specification. a carboxylated styrene butadiene copolymer latex admixture that is designed as an integral adhesive for cement bond coats, mortars and concrete to improve bond strength and chemical resistance. mix design at ratio for Modified Mortar, Type I Portland Cement 50 kg : Sand150 kg :EUCO SBR LATEX 5 L : Water 3.50 L at a size of 50 mm x 50 mm.

Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC by roughening using suitable file /sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Providing necessary formwork for packing the bore using suitable arrangement (depending upon site conditions). Applying a coat of styrene- butadiene based polymer coating using EUCO SBR LATEX of make EUCLID/Tremco/ Vandex/Flowcrete Chemicals or other equivalent make as per specification to enhance adhesion between the packing material and other surfaces Packing the gap using non-shrink cement polymer based grout using EUCO NS GROUT or other equivalent make as per specificationupto the surface of the bore whilst the EUCO SBR LATEX is in tacky state. The above analysis is based on assumption for 150mm diameter core with 110 mm diameter PVC for 5-8” thick slab(thick ness of slab may be vary as per site conditions) only. Providing mixing and applying two coats of EUCO TAMOSEAL FLEX of make EUCLID/Tremco /Vandex/Flowcrete Chemicals or other equivalent make as per specification at 1.5 mm thick /2.4 Kg consumption approximatly shall be a acrylic polymer modified cement based waterproof coating over prepared surface. Removing all surface laitance and contamination free from loose aggregate or other sharp protrusions with fairly smooth finish by wire brush or suitable method and surface shall be SSD condition with water before starting Waterproofing coating. EUCO TAMOSEAL FLEX , EUCLID/Tremco/ Vandex/Flowcrete or other equivalent make as per specification shall contain a liquidpolymer component and a cementitious powder component, which has a positive 7 Bar and 5 Bar pressure respectively ,Static crack accommodation : 0.9mm, sprinkle sand on the vertical whilst the second coat is still tacky for mechanical keys to recieve protection layer plastering, which shall be mixed as per manufacturer’s instructions and applied over prepared concrete surface strictly maintaining the coverage specified by the manufacturer. Complete as per the vendors methodology approved by consultants / clients.
