Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Sal wood including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood 35 mm thick shutters. including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws. Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.35 mm thick shutters.including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Removing dry or oil bound distemper water proofing cement paint and like by scrapping.including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.Two coats.including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work.including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting on wood work with delux multi surface paint of required shade two or more coat applied including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 150x10 mm.including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :100mm including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering 1:1:5:3 ( 1 cement 1:5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced withnon-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25ͦC, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23ͦC as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/ 250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150ͦC. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2ͦC when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300?300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc ., complete.including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size wall rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including necessary excavation , levelling and dressing and finishing the top smooth.including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
