S&F in repairs rough cast wired glass 6.4mm thick as in north light glazing in workshop building in squares exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 1.50 sqm and glazing with oil putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for securing glass of any description in existing metal frames glazed with putty/beads including removing loose or decayed putty/beads, painting/oiling one coat on rebates, grooves, reputtying and painting/oiling puttied surfaces to match existing work (New length of frame re-putties shall be measured) including making necessary stage / scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No. 1 & 2: a) The work to be carried out in restricted area inside Technical area of CVRDE building at the height of 10 metre to 15 metre. b) The Contractor should provide necessary ladders, hydra and safety belts for carrying out work.

Note : BOQ item No. 4 to 74 shall be carried out in unrestricted area.

Cutting down plants/trees of girth n.exc 15cm from roof tops/sides external walls of bldgs chajjas wall junctions incl taking out possible quantities of roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces and cleaning the roof surface shall be carried out using PCC 1:2:4 of any depth up to bottom of excavated part/portion and 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 area n.exc 0.15 sqm each. (Note : Work to shall be carried out up to 05 story Bldgs)
