Loading, unloading and safe carriage of the following materials from any Electy. Store Center of Electricity store division of Bareilly zone.

S.T.Pole 11 Mtr long.

ACSR Dog conductor

11 KV Cross Arm Channel V type

33 KV Pin insulator

33 KV Pin with nut

11 KV Disc insulator B&S type 7000 kg.

Disc fitting Dog/raccon 7000kg.

Earthing complete

Erection of the following supports including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per RESSPO drawing.All types of clamps, nut, bolt washers would be provided by the contractor.

Single support of S.T pole 11 mtr long.

Erection/fixing for stay set with stay wire and clamp as per RESSPO drawing including binding, clamping, tightening, and nozzeling etc. complete in all respect including its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 before back filling of the pits as per RESSPO schedule. All clamps, nuts, bolts, cement. brick, ballast, sand etc would be provided by the contractor.

Concreting of supports in 1:4:8 ratio from bottom of pole to ground level and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement ,brick ballast and sand in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO drawing with watering/curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing.All matrial would be provided by the contractor.

Laying and sagging of 3 phase ACSR Dog conductor of 33 KV Line from double pole at 132 KV substation Bisauli to 33/11 KV S/S Ughaiti including jumpering, hoisting, fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etc. in all respect.

Earthing of each S.T Poles of the line is to be done by inserting the MS earth rod (1800x20mm) into soil by hammering and properly fastning with GI wire to each support by nut & bolt. Earthing rod must be 0.15 Mtr.above from the plinth of the support. All type nut & bolt would be given by the contractor.

Clearing of the line route by cutting of tree branches during erection of line and also upto the time of energisation completely as per direction of Incharge.

Painting of following support with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) Paint and material would be given by contractor to complete of work.

Single pole structure of 11 mtr. ST Pole.

Safe dismentling of old & rotten ACSR Weasal conductor of existing 33 KV Ughati line from 132 KV S/S Bisauli to Ughati substation without damage of any insulator, cross arm, clamp etc. of existing 33 KV line.

Loading. unloading and safe carrige of old & rotten Weasal conductor (almost 40.5 km.) from site to Store center, Badaun (Distance upto Approx 32 km).
