Supplying fabricating and placing in position of steel rods using TMT. or Ribbed Tor Steel including cost of binding wire, cost of labour charges for fabrication and placing in position etc. Complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggrigate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc..,Complete Complying with Standard Specification.

Refilling in basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc., complete as per standard specification.

Collection, supply and filling with well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials and stacking them at road side to departmental gauge for pre-measurement including all labour charges for filling etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply, and fixing of Galvalum sheet ( pre painted )6mm thick including 15 cm lapping necessary 'J' bolt and nut ,bitumen washer and screws if wooden baterns including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats new iron work for doors, windows and ventilators using iron bars, window grills weld mesh screen in opt courtyard etc., with two coat synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and color including priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Supplying and fixing of GI weldmesh angle size of 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm alround and M.S. flat 35 mm x 6 mm size width (GI weldmesh) 7.50 cm x 2.50 cm (10 gauge) including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of push and pull type Rolling shutter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet.The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of Hood covers , transportation charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.
