Carriage of materials lime mooram, building rubbish,earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking upto 2 km

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All works :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All works , 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads ; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. All works Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Supplying of cemetious grouting non shrink material of approved make for grouting of pockets, base plates of feed pumps, motors, machines etc.

Execution of any job non suspectible to measurement which includes all minor consumables material , tools and tackles and payment shall be made on the baes of working hours

Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick bitumen impregnated fiber board conforming to IS: 1838, including cost of primer, sealing compound Grade-A in expansion joints. (Unit is per CM dept for per 100 M)

Supplying aggregate of 6mm size uniformly graded including spreading, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying aggregate of 40mm size uniformly graded including spreading, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineerin- charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (Non modular) bricks ofclass designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floorV level in all size & shape :Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12mm cement plater of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap). Note: Truck Mounted rotary/TMR/Tubewell boring machine shall not be used ; 500 mm dia piles

Hiring charges for arranging dewatering diesel pump withnecessary suction and delivery pipes for dewatering any type ofwater through broken water mains etc. including operator. Payment for the same shall be made on hourlybasis for which the pump is run/operated for particular job. Diesel isto be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost ). Pump of capacity 5 H.P.(minimum) with suction / delivery of 50mm dia(minimum).

Hiring charges for JCB ( Mechanical Excavator ) with Operator,Diesel / Oil for urgent excavation / dozing . Payment forthe same shall be made on hourly basis for which JCB isrun/operated for particular job. to be arranged by the Contractor athis own cost ).

Hiring charges for JCB Breaker with Operator, Diesel / Oil for urgent heavyRCC foundations /structures dismantling . Payment for the same shallbe made on hourly basis for which JCB Breaker is run/operated forparticular job. to be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost ).

Making pockets in R.C.C. upto 200 mm depth/withsize of pockets upto 150x150 mm on vertical / Horizentalsurfaces at all heights & depths complete including makinggood wherever required.

Hiring charges for welding set with one welder, welding rods andleads for doing any petty welding job (with free electricity connectionand power) Subsequently , payment for the same shall be made onhourly basis for which the welding set is run/operated for particularjob. to be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost ). . Fuse boxand switch starter with covered stand shall bearranged byContractor.

Hiring charges for tractor with Operator, Diesel / Oil andaccessories like Plougher / Harrower / Trolley, etc. for ploughing/harrowing the ground (Payment shall be made for working hoursonly)

Hire charges of Roller - 5 tonne capacity (Vibro Baby roller) with Operator, Diesel /Oil for urgent compaction jobs.payment for the same shall be made on hourly basis for which roller is run/operated for particular job.(To be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost ).

Note: (1) GST shall be paid extra as per NIT. (2) Bidders may take care of Clause No. 1.6.0 of GTC & 1.8.0 of STC while quoting the Rates. (3) Bidders must read all the Clauses of STC and Scope of work before quoting rates.
