Providing and Laying Gravel to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) 250 mm thick, including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Soil Compactor to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as pwe clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 7kg/10sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 2.50kg/10sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with prime & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete (Super Structure)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete (Bed Block)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports for all reinforced cement concrete works like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3M high using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm × 60cm and B.G. 10, stiffened with Mild steel Angles of size 25mm × 25mm × 3mm laid over Silver oak (cw) joists of size 10cm × 6.5cm (Spaced about 91cm c/c) including removing the same after specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers complying with relevant standard specifications (Below GL)

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and fixing 20mm Bitumen felt for expansion joint between Bed Blockl and Deck slab including all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Tar Paper for bearing Between Bed Block and Deck slab including all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing weepholes in Brick Masonry / Stone Masonry, Plain / Reinforced concrete Abutment, Wing wall, Return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7

Gravel filling between bodywall including cost and conveyance of gravel, labour for filling, watering and compacting etc., complete with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
