Description of Work / Item(s)

Removing the blacktopping of any thickness for forming cable trench and cable ductat road crossing 60cm wide and 150 cm deep (clear ) including cost of providing sign board danger lights,indication arrangements.

Earth work excavationin all soils including slush and silt under water requiring the aid of basket and vessels for forming cable trench and cable duct at road crossing 60cm wide and 150 cm deep (clear) including cost of signal boards,danger lights,indication arrengements whereever necessary and providing shoring and strutting arrangements whereever necessary all lead, lift, labour, tolls and pants etc complete.

Dismantling the brickwork inside the cable trench and cable duck wherever occur of any thickness and clearing the trench/duck free from debris and without hinderence to the cable laying work including lead,lift,tools and plants etc complete and as per direction of Engineer inn charge.

Dismantling the PCC inside the cable trench and cable duck wherever occur of any thickness and clearing the trench/duck free from debris and without hinderence to the cable laying work including lead,lift,tools and plants etc complete and as per direction of Engineer inn charge.

Dismantling the RCC inside the cable trench and cable duck wherever occur of any thickness and clearing the trench/duck free from debris and without hinderence to the cable laying work including lead,lift,tools and plants etc complete and as per direction of Engineer inn charge.

Transporting and clearing the excess excavated earth and debris than and there and as soon as immediately to avoid any hinderance to normal flow of traffic and public beyond a distance of 5 Kms from the work spot as per the direction of Engineer at site including loading and unloading charges etc complete.

Filling with filling sand in layers well rammed watered and compacted as per standard specification in framwless including cost of all materials, lead lift etc complete

Back filling with excavated earth in layers well rammed watered and compacted as per standard specification including cost of materials labour, lead, lift etc complete

Laying PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm HBG metal for fixing PVC for road crossing ducts in proper alignment and level as per standard specification including cost of all materials, labour lead, lift, curing etc complete.

Supplying and fabricating and placing of MS/RTS steel reinforcement for RCC works including cost of steel, binding wire,, labour for cutting,bending, tying and fixind in position as per specification lead, lift etc complete

Laying m20 ready mix concrete for RCC work using 20 mm down graded HBG metal for providing over pavement as per standard specification including cost of steel reinforcement, binding wire,all materials, labour lead, lift, curing etc complete.

Supplying and laying the 110 KV RCC covern slab including loading,unloading,stencilling & placing in position carefully as required at site, cost of slab, all labour,lead, lift tools & plants etc complete

Providing Brickwork in CM 1:6, with stock bricks chamber burnt as per drwing and specification including cost of all materials, labour ,lead, curing etc complete.

Providing Plastering with CM 1:5 as per drawing and specification including cost of all materials labour lead, lift curing etc completr.

Bailing out of water from cable trench and duct while excavating and also while laying cable using 5 HP diesel pump including cost of fuel, operator etc complete.

Supplying and laying of PVC pipe 160 mm inner diameter of approved make with pressure rating of 6 Kg/cm2 including all materials,transporting the pipe, cutting and jointing the pipe , tying with 7/20 SWG GI wire inside the pipe and closing the ends with end cap, labour,lead, lift all T&Ps , etc complete.

Supplying and laying of PVC pipe 110 mm inner diameter of approved make with pressure rating of 6 Kg/cm2 including all materials,transporting the pipe, cutting and jointing the pipe , tying with 7/20 SWG GI wire inside the pipe and closing the ends with end cap, labour,lead, lift all T&Ps , etc complete.

Casting and placing of RCC offset slab of size 750x750x60mm castingin RCC 1:2:4 using 12 to 20mm HBG metal with necessary reinforcement,piling, shuttering curing, transportfrom casting yardto various locationsand fixing the slab along 110 KV cableroute as directed by the Engineer incharge with PCC 1:3:6 including cost of all materials,labour, lead, lift etc complete, including 2 coats of flourescent paint.

Transporting of 110 KV, 1x630 sq mm 110 KV XLPE UG cable drums each weighing approximatly 7 T in lorries using adequate capacity truck mounted crane for both loading and unloading, including labour required for loading and unloading, transporting,unloading, driver bata etc ,Supplying and providing of winch, steel wire, drum, cable drum stand, rollers, ramp and other T&Ps required for to the work siteby the Engaging lorry and crane for the site ( No material will be supplied from department stores ) posioning of winch , DG set and other roller for cable laying on a day before laying, laying of cable in trench and ductby means of winch over roller, dressing the cablein trefoil formation,tying the cable with nylon rope at every 3 m intervels. The rate includes the cost of pulling the steel wire rope from winch side to drum side , devolution of any balance cables to CDC stores, all T&Ps , labour consumables, lead, lift etc complete.

Supply and erection of prewarning tape

Providing watch and ward ( Unskilled ) at site as instructed by the site incharge.
