Repair to plaster of hickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting ther patch in proper shape racking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of walls complet including disposal of rubbish to th dumping ground within 50 mtr lead with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand).

Regarding terracing of mud phuska covered with tiles or bricks, in cement by dismantling tiles of bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phuska to proper slope, relaying plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks grouted in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) including replacing unservicable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of the unservicable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or bricks excluded) within 50mtr lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meteres lead. 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Providing and Laying vitrified floor tiles in diferent sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) with water absorbtion less then 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. size of tile 60x60cm

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railing, brackets, gates & similar works.

Providing and fixing 35mm panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and cleresory windows including ISI marked, MS. Pressed but hinges bright finished of required size with necessary crew excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge. second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick. Plain particle board flat pressed, 3 layer or graded wood particle board medium density Grade I, IS: 3087 marked.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10kg/sqm (4mm thick) float of glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt·hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Second class deodar wood (30 mm thick).

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze .of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows: lSI marked M.S. pressed but hinges bright finished butt hinges of required size with necessary screws Second class deodar wood

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade Old steel work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Painting of flower and logos around the Windows & Doors. Prope rbranding are per Health and Wellness Centres Drawings.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Sand for an avg. lead of 32.00 Kms..
