One Time Improvement of NH 57 Laying of 40mm thick BC from Km. 294.400 to 299.900 Km. of Khordha Town.

Clearing and grubbing road land as per clause no. 201 and section 900 of specification for road and Bridge works (5th Revision) of MoRT&H including cost of all labour, T&P, cess etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lift and lead upto 1000 mtr. as per clause 305.4.3 of specifications for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) of MoRT&H, including cost of all labour, machineries, T&P, cess etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 150mm thick layer of Wet Mix Macadam in compacted layers as per clause no. 406 and section 900 of specification for road and Bridge works (5th Revision) of MoRT&H including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty, cess etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base as per clause no. 502 and section 900 of specification for road and Bridge works (5th Revision) of MoRT&H including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, cess etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion on prepared surface as per clause 503 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works (5th revision) of MoRT&H including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, GST, Cess etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick compacted Dense graded bituminous macadam grading-II using 30/40 (VG - 40) grade of bitumen and crusher broken granite aggregates as per clause no. 505 and section 900 of specification for road and Bridge works (5th Revision) of MoRT&H including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty, cess etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying bituminious concrete grade-II with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ton per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction of the MoRT&H specification clause 507 complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bi-directional retroreflective raised payment markers of approved colours, quality and make confirming to ASTM D-4280 made from injection moulded high impact polymer including lending, preparation of surface and fixing at position with approved quality adhesives including cost of all materials, labour, transportation, duties, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Proving Road marking with Hot applied retroreflecting thermoplastic compound as per clause no 803 of specification for road and Bridge works (5th Revision) of MoRT&H including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, cess etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign boards as per IRC.67 made of high intensity grade sheeting as per clause no 801.3 of specification for road and Bridge works (5th Revision) of MoRT&H, fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 25mm x 25mm x 3mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-25 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty, cess etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and supply of elegant look 100 W AIO Solar Street Light having 200 Wp highly efficient Monocrystalline PV moudle for faster charging of battery in adverse weather conditon & 12.8 Volt 96 Ah LiFePo4 Battery (Lithium Ferro Phosphate) Battery (BIS approved) which will be kept inside the luminaire house (Theft retardant type), MPPT charge controller having efficiency> 92% & PIR Sensor to provide 2 days (24 hrs) back up in dimming condition. The initial lumin output of AIO Street Light shall be of ≥ 1200 lumens as per LM 79 report of third party NABL lab only in white colour i.e. CCT 600K (+/-500K). The LED chip will be OSRAM/NISCHIA/CREE only. The complete system & BMS has been design in such a way to provide to days (24 hrs) back up with dimming mode by activiting PIR sensor and battery is completely theft retardant and maintenance free. The Warranty on the complete AIO Street Light will be of 5 years and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
