Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections,including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m and carriage of material to dumping site with an average lead up to 3.2 Km ( Excluding 30m initial lead). including dewatering if any as per instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Disposal of the excavated material available from the excavation of the Hydel Channel to the dump site by dozing with the help of dozer as per instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Out of total Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections,including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m and carriage of material to dumping site with an average lead up to 3.2 Km ( Excluding 30m initial lead). including dewatering if any as per instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Manual picking/removal of oversize stones from the excavated material to get the material having sizes not more than 150mm at site of random fill as per instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Pllacing the material having sizes not more than 150mm on embankments in the layers not exceeding 250 mm thick in the Pervious fill zone & suitably compacted to achieve minimum relative density of not less than 70% as per instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Disposal of oversize stones from the excavated material available from Manual picking/removing to get the material having sizes not more than 150mm at site of random fill to duping site with an average lead up to 3 Km as per instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Construction of Dowel 1000 mm wide on the top & 600 mm in height with 1.5 : 1 / 2 : 1 side slopes & dressing as per drawings, design, Specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects

Construction of embankment with good quality earth obtained from borrow pits including compensation of earth, loading, unloading, carriage to site of work, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H as per drawings, design, Specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Earth work for Lip Cutting in filling for Lining of irrigation channels inclusive of all allowances, lead and dressing with depth exceeding 6.0M but upto 7.50 M as per instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Providing Cement Concrete M-15 ( 40) , mixed in an automatic Batching & Mixing Plant, transported to site of work in a continuous agitating Transit Mixture with an average lead upto 2.0 km as per drawings , design , Specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Providing Cement Concrete M-20 (40), mixed in an automatic Batching & Mixing Plant & transported to site of work in a continuous agitating Transit Mixture with an average lead upto 2.0 km for placing in 100 mm thick concrete lining in the Bed of the Hydel Channel with Mechanical Concrete Paver curing, cutting grooves & inserting PVC seals ( excluding cost of PVC Seal ) for joints as per drawings, design, Specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Providing Cement Concrete M-20 (40) , mixed in an automatic Batching & Mixing Plant & transported to site of work in a continuous agitating Transit Mixture with an average lead upto 2.0 km curing, cutting grooves & inserting PVC seals ( excluding cost of PVC Seal ) as per drawings, design, Specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Providing & Laying Burlap/ Tar Paper to prevent clogging of filter during lining including supply , carriage cutting , wastage etc as per drawings, design, Specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Providing & Laying 150mm thick filter material of coarse sand behind lining in the Bed, side slopes of Hydel Channel in two layers of thickness 75mm each and in Zone -2 with an average lead of 14 km from Pathankot - Madhopur Quarry as per drawing design specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects .

Providing, carrying & laying gravel fill material (RBM) of sizes varies from ± 5 mm to 75mm around the open jointed SW pipes laid in the bed of the Hydel Channel as per CSR Item Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification Includes Mazdoor required for trimming of slope to proper profile and preparation of bed.

Providing & Laying 150 mm dia. SW open jointed pipe to the correct alignment, gradients, levels etc. for drainage arrangement behind lining including excavation of trenches in the bed & side slopes of Hydel Channel , carriage, loading & unloading as per drawings, design, Specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Providing & Fixing SW T- Joint for laying 150 mm dia. open jointed SW pipes/ Pressure Relief Valves for drainage arrangement behind lining including carriage, loading & unloading as per drawings, design, Specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Bending and fixing iron rungs on lined slopes as per IS Code 3873-1993 @ Rs 506.19 as per CSR Item 19.17

Providing & fixing in position Pressure Release Valves along with C.I pipe (one end flanged) jointed with lead caulked Joints in the bed of the Hydel Channel @ 45m c/c staggered including carriage, loading & unloading, cost of lead, yarn , fuel, tools and wastage as per Design, Drawings, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects .

Providing & Fixing in position, 44 mm wide & 10mm thick NCL & NCT type PVC Water stops at contraction joints with Paver Machine including all leads & lifts as per drawings, design, Specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Providing PVC Water stop seal of size (150x10mm) and fixing with Concrete Paver Machine including all leads & lifts as per drawings, design, Specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Construction of a metalled road 3.65 m wide on the inspection bank of Shahpurkandi Hydel Channel including all leads & lifts for all materials required for the road work strictly covering the items given below as per technical Clause 406, 502, 503, 504 & 508 of MORT& H Specifications & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Providing & fixing distance marks 200 M (ordinary distance mark) apart on the inspection bank of Shahpurkandi Hydel Channel as per drawings, design, Specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Providing & fixing distance marks 1000 M (KM distance mark) apart on the inspection bank of Shahpurkandi Hydel Channel as per drawings, design , Specification & the instructions of the Engineer complete in all respects.

Stripping / cutting and Scraping of Ground Surface containing earth , grass , gravels , roots of trees etc by using mechanical means, compaction of stripped surface by few passes of Roller & carrying it to the Dump Site with an average lead up to 1.65 Km Katcha including dewatering if any as per instructions of the Engineer . Complete in all respects.

1 : 3 Cement Slurry ( 2.25 Kg cement / Sqm mixed with water in 1 : 3 ratio ) spreaded over the prepared sub grade before placing concrete for lining as per drawings , design , Specification & the instructions of the Engineer, complete in all respects.

Construction of Gravel Toe Drain / Zone ❸ in the Embankments of the H/C by providing & laying dry boulder pitching including screening , loading , carriage of the material to the site of the work with an average lead upto 3 Km Katcha as per drawings , design , Specification & the instructions of the Engineer, complete in all respects.
