Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 20 KLD Combined efflunt Treatment Plant for Indira Gandhi Dental Hospital Jammu. Plant in of modular construction/packaged all in one. The treatment process will consists of four stages. I.e Stage 1: Primary Treatment :Screen chamber, oil & grease removal. Stage 2: Secondary or biological treatment Inlet chamber, chemical reaction tank, flocculation & tube settler Stage 3: Tertiary treatment:Filter feed tank, hypo dosing system, pressure sand filter & activated carbon filter.Stage 4: Sludge Treatment Sludge holding tank, sludge drying beds & sludge press machine. BASIC DATA ON INPUT RAW WASTE WATER Total Suspended Solids (TSS) : 250 - 450 mg/lit BOD5 : 250 - 350 MG/LIT COD : 500 - 700 mg/lit pH : 6.0 - 8.5 oil/Grease : upto 30-40 mg/lit Inflow time :24HRS Peak factor :3 Temperature :Ambient.BASIC DATA TREATED WATER Total Suspended Solids (TSS) : ˂100 mg/lit BOD : ˂30 MG/LIT COD : ˂250mg/lit pH : 6.5 - 8.5 oil/Grease : upto ˂10 mg/lit. It also includes CIVIL WORKS i.excavation and earth work, construction of foundations , construction of the requisit under ground collection tank of 20KLD in RCC , sludge drying beds, oil and grease trap and other allied civil works required as per site condition as per requirement. SITC of Coagulation Tank, Flocculation Tank, Dosing Tanks, Aeration Tank,Air blowers, MBR Tank, MBR Module, MBR Skid, Final Treated water tank . The Plant shall be complete with a central Electrical Power and Control panel fully pre/site wired and with all power and control cables to all pumps and equipment including all instrumentation, water level controllers and other control panel.Job includes cooper plate earthing of all equipments of plant etc. The Complete Treatment process, Technical paramenters and the items/equipments are as per Annexure A attached.
Comprehensive Annual Maintainance contract for 3 years from the date of expiry of Warranty as per annexure A.
