M & L for mirror polishing to the existing stone flooring of any type to give high gloss finish with machine evenly with fine granding ( Fine Grade No. 120) and finally oxalic acid shall be dusted over the surface at the rate of thirty three (33) gms. per square metre sprinkled with water and rubbed hard with pad of wooden rags and floor shall be wiped with a moist rag and dried with a soft cloth and finished clean including pointing of joints with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of slab complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of antifungal synthetic enamel paint etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F dholpuri stone tiles of size 200 x 100 of thick 10 mm fixed to dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cemet to match and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:3), complete all as specified and directed Note:- Colours of dholpuri stone tiles shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge before execution and the same shall be deemed to be included in the above rate.

Supply and application of silicone Sealant at the junction of the windows from external side, sky lit roof, wall-floor tile joints

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 600 x 600 x 8 to 10 mm of light colour (matt finish/nano finish, double charged), polished/glazed area of each tile in floors set jointed and pointed in epoxy grout to match flooring with and including 20mm cement sand screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete. The joints shall be 2 mm thick and 2 mm thick spacer at every corner shall be used all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for granite slabs, 18 to 20mm thick, table rubbed and polished fixed independently to walls duly supported with partition walls, as directed at site.

Material and labour for glazed/ polished ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 600 x 300 x 8 to 10 mm thick (glossy/nano finish, double charged), set and jointed using tile adhesive (3-6 mm thick) and pointed in epoxy grout to match shade of tile including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note: both the substrates should be cleaned, spread the adhesive on plastered surface and comb with a notched trowel and place the tile.

Supply and fix in repair plain ceiling system consisting of 600 mm x 600mm tiles (As per IS: 2095-1996: Part I) of pre coated galvanised aluminium in 0.7 mm thickness in required colour to be laid “on grid systems with 15 mm wide T - section flanges in required colour having rotary stitching on the 1200 mm & 600 mm cross tees. The grid should be GI with 15mm wide T - section flanges in required colour shade having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the main runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm. The damaged area of the slab is to be repaired using polymer plaster (POLYMER MODIFIED MORTAR) (1:5:15) 1 monobond 5 Cement-15 sand) –in damaged areas . nozzle to be fixed to the slab using epoxy grout.The work includes complete sealing of cracks, voids from both floor and ceilng (For repair to slab)
