Providing/fitting of 01 No Submersible Pump set (Standby) of reputed make as per IS standards by way of taking out the old submersible pump set from bore and dismantling the pump set by way of disconnecting of all electric connections and then extracting out the submersible pump set (approximate 110 feet) with the help of chain pulley block or other mechanical source. After extracting out the submersible pump set, dismantling the pump / motor set from column pipes. New pump set to be provided should be of same specifications as per old pump set installed at Raya Lift Irrigation Station. Fitting of new pump set with the existing column pipes; replacing the old & worn out submersible cable with new one. Repairing the starter of submersible pump set and replacing the damaged MCB from the wall board in the pump house. Lowering the new submersible pump set with the help of column pipe one by one by fitting rubber gasket and nut bolts for testing & running. Coupling the motor and pump and testing it on No Load and After complete lowering check all electrical connections and testing the same on full load. Job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges and charges for all tools and tackles required for execution of job including to and fro carriage charges.
