Supply, Fabrication & Erection Job: Job includes supply of MS materials, fabrication & erection of Conveyor Belt Covers including application of double coating painting as per below details: 1. Supply 3mm thickness MS Plates of IS 2062, Grade E250, Make: Sail/Tata Steel/ JSW Steel/RINL 2. Supply of Consumables like Latch, Door Hinge and other consumable items required for successful erection of cover of belt conveyors 3. Fabrication and Erection of Conveyor Belt Cover 4. Job includes supply of consumables like electrodes, LPG, Oxygen etc. are in bidder’s Scope 5. All tools and tackles are in bidder’s scope. 6. Dimension of 1st and 3rd Parts : 1000mm X 1250mm X 3mm Thick, Dimension of 2nd Part : 1600mm X 1250mm X 3mm Thick. Surface Area of all three Parts (Both Side) is 9 Sqm.
Dismantling Job: Job include dismantling of existing damaged conveyor Belt Cover using all tools & tackles and shifting the scraps generated to scrap yard including transportation arrangement after weighment as per instructions of Engineer In Charge.
